I feel like everyone has that issue though- brands tend to focus on ranges and when you’re anything but tan all things are either too warm or too cool. In my experience most lighter shades are too warm/yellow for me.
I’m sure I’d love creams if I found one with ingredients that my skin could handle. If Ere Perez made bronzers in the same base formula as their vanilla highlighters, I’d get that almost immediately.

I’m so fair that I often rely on blushes to give a sun kissed look. Looking brownish doesn’t work, and haven’t used artificial tanning products in over 15 years. I’ve bought a few bronzers over the years, but I’m not sure if I’m sold on them. Years ago, I had a Tony & Tina bronzer, and a chantecaille bronzer, which were lovely tones and levels for fair skin, but this was before I found out my skin doesn’t do well with talc (plus a number of other ingredients.) Also, I didn’t reach for them, so I found new homes for them. The first one I bought in more clean/conscious beauty was HAN Malibu, but it really looks more contourish than bronzing, but I’m sure undertones affect that. I also have w3ll people’s baked bronzer, and got my hands on rms Madeira that needed to be rehomed. I find that the baked bronzer, and Madeira, are very close in undertone, but Madeira is more glowing, so it shows off my middle-aged skin texture. They’d be too dark if the color payoff was immediate, but they are very buildable. I think if I mix blush with them, I might be more comfortable with them.
The HAN bronzers can have a less warm undertone so they come off more like a contour depending on the one you get! The kosas light bronzer might be a good option for you or even the VB one! Cream bronzers are great too, the new Saie beauty one might be a good option because it’s very blendable. I have a video coming out soon about it 💚

Oh, I couldn’t justify the price of the VB one, considering I’m not a bronzer kind of gal. Unfortunately, the saie is an absolute no-go due to castor oil. Anything with castor oil I can’t use. I’ve gone in and needed something swatched and they have done it for me, but I couldn’t do it myself. Also they still have a great return policy which is nice! Always makes it easier when making purchases 💚

If you buy it from Sephora you can always return it if the shade doesn’t work. I have a friend who uses the lightest shade and loves it! She’s on the pale side too! 💚

Yeah stuff can be way too warm toned which never looks good! Hopefully one of those works for you 💚

I would say you should check out LYS beauty bronzers or the Mented bronzers!!
