I’m a 60 year old practitioner. Started in 1973. It was called Korean Karate back then. Although I respect these guys for what they are doing at their age, I think much improvement is possible through a diligent practice of boxing. It elevated my game markedly. When I see the level of punching here I’m disappointed.
