      Kenix, I tried to do the lion dance mantou...but wanted to check with ypu why my mantou got many whinkles/lines? saw your mantou surface is so smooth...can share some tips?

      @@seowhualim5032 you knead not enough. You have to knead well your dough before colour added and every pieces of the dough you want to shape it into a figure.
