5:05 - I see you confused. I have to say. His name is Kang, called "Kang, The Conqueror" in the comics. 9:38 - There is a theory that says that was Wanda broke the threshold. Remember in WandaVision 1x9, when she unleashes the power of the Scarlet Witch, and Agatha Harkness says: “You have no idea what you've just done”? Well, there's that. We don't really know who opened the Multiverse. Sylvie, Wanda, Dr. Strange... we don't know
My theory is they *ALL* opened the multiverse. This Loki series told us that all time (past, present, future) is constantly happening at once. He Who Remains’ death made it possible for the multiverse to branch out. All those branches we see are nexus events occurring simultaneously. Wanda becoming the Scarlet Witch, Sylvie killing HWR, & Strange messing up his spell in No Way Home can technically all be explained as the creation of the multiverse. If they wanted, they could even say that the snaps from Infinity War & Endgame had an effect on these branches or they could have Wanda do something with the Darkhold that creates more branches in Multiverse of Madness. It’s a clever way for some of these projects to stand on their own without new viewers needing to know why there’s so much chaos.
So one of the best parts I find in the Loki series is the debate of Free Will vs. Destiny. Throughout the entire series they state, pretty bluntly at times, that Loki is destined to be alone and friendless. Loki tries to change by trusting and befriending Mobius and Sylvie, especially in the last 2 episodes, but in the end he's still ends up alone. He's in a Universe where Mobius doesn't even know who he is, while Sylvie pushes him away due to the stubborn Loki nature. Heart breaking stuff and truthfully makes me want to see what is in store for Season 2.
Loki: "I come with glad tidings of a world made free." Nick Fury: "Free from what?" Loki: "Freedom. Freedom is life's great lie. Once you accept that in your heart, you will know peace."
5:03 that's Johnatan majors, actor who was confirmed to play Kang the conqueror (in Ant man 3), it seems that here is a variant of Kang. I see that you don't know much about Kang so I'm going to give you an explanation: - His real name is Nathaniel Richards (he is a descendant of Reed Richards / Mr Fantastic), he comes from the 31st century. He got a time machine (created by doctor doom) and traveled to ancient Egypt where he became pharaoh and named himself as "Rama Tut", then he traveled to the 21st century where he fought the avengers for the first time. besides Rama tut there are two more versions of him: - Immortus: An older version of Kang - Iron lad: his young version (member of the young avengers) upon learning that he would become Kang, tried to avoid his destiny, but realized that he could not escape his destiny. - apart from that, he created a city on the outskirts of time called "Chronopolis
Not really. Kang is a time manipulator so his basically a hacker and cheater running all the mods in a game lol But in sheer raw strength and power. 1 on 1 few can touch thanos. I dont think kang can face thanos 1 on 1 without some super advanced tech even then he would struggle. Especially comic book thanos Kang went back to the past to kill apocalypse and he failed in one comic
I have a feeling his performance was meant to contrast with his coming take on Kang. Loud, vocal and emotionally animated with wild gestures vs calm cold calculated man of few words with minimal deliberate restrained movement.
He who remains, or Kang the Conquerer, is complicated to say the least. He’s from the future, the backstory given here is pretty close to the comics. He has been named as the villain for next Ant Man movie. There’s has been different versions of him, there’s a future version of him named Immortus who gets recruited to work for the TVA, that’s what this one is mostly based on plus a separate character also called He Who Remains, last surviving employee at the end of time. Then there’s Iron Lad, a teenage Kang who’s a hero that uses a stark style suit. And Rama-Tut, a version who ruled as a pharaoh in ancient egypt Kang’s real name is Nathaniel Richards, a possible descendant of Reed Richards, aka Mr Fantastic of the Fantastic 4
@@_Beau2005_ he literally says he's been called Conquerer. And with the exception of Iron Lad, I believe, all of them use the name Kang the Conqueror at some point in their existence. Great video! Love your reaction to this series. But I have things to add in which hopefully can clarify some confusion of yours. A timeline doesn't mean multiverse, the timelines are individual realities simultaneously present with each other, combination of space and time. "He Who Remains" is a combination of Immortus and Kang the Conqueror, in which is actually Kang the Conqueror, the supposedly new super villain of MCU. So when Kang said he ended the multiversal war, it doesn't meant his own timeline of multiverse (with different variations of him), it meant he synchronized all versions of realities into one sacred timeline appearing as one uniform timeline with the same major and minor key points affecting the major points of the timeline. So when there's a reality of heroes and villains are animals or maybe different races, as long as they are synchronized with the major points of the sacred timeline, then still they are technically one. And when a nexus event happens which is not part of the major and minor key points that should happen, then it splits from the sacred timeline slowly creating it's own variant of its reality. So now Multiverse is released on this last episode, there are now multiple variants of Kang the Conqueror (the not so pure of heart) who are conquering the multiple realities, AKA multiple boogeyman. Loki has been landed on a timeline where TVA is ruled by one of the evil variant of Kang the Conqueror. Quick side note, TVA is supposed to be outside of the timeline in which time moves different from the timeline they are monitoring. So in reference to the reaction of yours to the first episode of Loki, Noppp, Mobius can be late to the court hearing of Loki because time moves different there. Also apocalypses doesn't meant end of that timeline, they're just major key points of the timeline. And lastly going back to the last episode, the TVA that is familiar with Loki is still out there. Also Ravona is looking for free will, and only the one with free will is the one in charge, meaning she's either looking for her reason of existence or maybe looking for Kang himself. The question is why though. So cheer up, there's still a possibility we'll see them again on the next season and maybe Ravona herself has her redemption arc.
it's rumored but not confirmed that this story continues in Dr Strange 2. So the rumors r Loki, Sylvie, and Mobius will return in that, but it isnt confirmed
btw so glad you and Your Girlfriend really enjoy this series it's one of my favorite but will be waiting two years for the second season for Loki in 2023 in January
I don’t think Sylvie was effected at all (timeline wise) as she was in the citadel which exists out of time. Also the TVA is out of time but it changed because the timeline changed before Kang created it and Loki was at the TVA when it changed so he wasn’t effected but Mobius & the agents did change because they weren’t there until it was created in the new timeline. (Whew!) Everyone wants Tobey & Andrew to show up in No Way Home and I’m wishing for Spider-Ham and Christopher Daniel Barnes!
Well this is perfect timing. You're gonna start uploading What If on the day of its finale. What If is canon in the MCU and so I assume it's the result of the splintering of the timeline and all the stories in What If are alternate timelines that happened because of this guy's death
@@accordgolfer yes it is. The What If shows are us witnessing the multiverse. Don’t be surprised if we see captain Carter or Evil strange In multiverse of madness
Sorry someone spoiled it for you. Spoilers drive me nuts. I remember after Endgame came out, we were going to see it a few days later. But when I loaded up my browser it default loads a news site. And on it was a giant picture of Tony dead and the headline "Tony Stark dead, what does this mean for Ironman?". I was "SERIOUSLY?!?!? #$%#%$#%$#%"
This is not the same Loki we see after the events of 2012 he is no longer on his timeline, therefore he created a new timeline where all of this occurs. The end of the series should result in either erasing this Loki and the respective Timeline or creating a whole new Timeline for him to frolic in.
While I I finally found Jonathan Majors’ zaniness a little annoying, I came around to it because not all the Kang variants need to be this crazy but even if they were it would help differentiate Kang(s) from Josh Brolin’s approach to Thanos. In general I’m looking forward to seeing more of Major as Kang and I’m mostly won over to Kang as the/a main villain of the next pet of the MCU (part of me wants him to share the role with Doctor Doom)

If you wanna know what's happening rn you should watch the LOKI Breakdown from NewRockstars, Marvel's investor day (2020) and the new trailers for the upcoming Marvel projects
You'll need to watch What if.. after this! Especially b4 Spiderman No Way Home... You'll dig it! This all sets that up... After No Way Home we'll get Dr. Strange Multiverse of Madness... Then conclude the craziness with Ant Man 3 Quantummania! Loki season 2 will happen somewhere in there. By the time Ant Man 3 releaseswe'll have release dates for things like Xmen, Fantastic 4, Blade, etc!!
So, in regards of what you were talking about in the beginning of the video, Loki can't go back to his original time line. The TVA pruned it, meaning they sent the whole world to that smoke monster void, where it was probably eaten by it. Loki could go back to a timeline similar to his, but it's not going to be his original one, it was pruned the moment he was captured by the TVA.
Actually, if you look carefully you notice that the bombs only prune the changes and anomalies/variants in the timeline, thus resetting only the branch but leaving the underlying main timeline intact. You can see this clearly in episode 2 in the Fair and possibly the reason in this episode, where because of the branches the timeline itself starts wobbling.
@@Phireo "When we prune a branched reality, it's impossible to destroy all of it's matter. So we move it to a place on the timeline where it won't continue growing. Basically, the branched timeline isn't reset. It's transfered." - Ravonna Renslayer
@@Phireo They can't reset it. A branched timeline is simply a timeline that grew away from their desired flow, from what they perceive as the "sacred timeline". But it's still its own timeline that they want to get rid of because it doesn't adhere to what the "time keepers" want. So they prune it, they cut the branch at the nexus event and dispose of it in the void.
If you want to learn more about the series I would watch the newrockstars breakdown of it. You'll get more than a casual understanding of what's going on.
Look say whatever you want to say about the show but the one thing that you’ll never convince me is a good idea is the revelation that every single in the MCU has been predetermined. The fact that heroic choices such as Buckey choosing not to kill Cap and Tony sacrificing himself in endgame.
Falcon and The Winter Soldier is not getting a series 2 as they are making a Capt. America 4 movie instead and WandaVision's sequel is Dr. Strange 2. 😊
You’re confusing Spider-Man No Way Home wiry Doctor Strap Multiverse of Madness tbe movie that really connects with this one is Ant Man and Wasp Quantumania which will include Kang who we met a variant of here. Season 2 will probably come after that
Such a moronic theory. Not only does it not fit, AT ALL with the plot, Kang straight up says they just passed the threshold of his knowledge. That's it. More fan theory nonsense like Peter being the kid with the mask in IM2.
@@Jo-fk1be They "confirmed" it because it was a popular fan theory. It was never officially the original intent for that to be Peter. Its a head canon theory that they decided to run with after it became popular. Get educated lil guy.

If no one else said, you should check out the synchronization of the last episode of Loki next to the last episode of WandaVision. Some VERY interesting stuff 🧐🤔
Loki was far from right when you're suggesting to cause genocide to multiple universes is worst than what Thanos wanted just genocide to one universe. I think as a Black man want someone to take away your freewill seem like a touch of slave mentality even though it's just a fictional story. Not only Loki was wrong he betrayed Sylvie because he had followed her plan once she prune herself to find Loki and Loki told Miss Minutes that they will go against who ever is controlling this but after a 30 minute conversation with a stranger he changed his mind and went against someone that lost her family and childhood from this guy hunting her down most of her lost We learn that the Multiverse is the original natural order of things but this Kang has been pruning it and just only keeping his own universe time line.

Remember the TVA exists outside the timeline. There is only on TVA so it changed the existing TVA
It makes me wonder what would happen if Loki would have met a Thor variant or a variant of hela who’s nice
Regarding the two Loki's very much influenced by nature and nurture both on different journeys till they met
it's rumored but not confirmed that this story continues in Dr Strange 2. So the rumors r Loki, Sylvie, and Mobius will return in that, but it isnt confirmed
btw so glad you and Your Girlfriend really enjoy this series it's one of my favorite but will be waiting two years for the second season for Loki in 2023 in January
Prime, the 3 spidermen are gonna be in spiderman: no way home. But you’re right on Wanda being in doctor strange multiverse of madness.
Don’t worry when I saw this episode first time I didn’t know who “He who remains” is either. I was like who the fu*k are you?!
The minute sylvie killed him his variant had always been in charge
I don’t think Sylvie was effected at all (timeline wise) as she was in the citadel which exists out of time. Also the TVA is out of time but it changed because the timeline changed before Kang created it and Loki was at the TVA when it changed so he wasn’t effected but Mobius & the agents did change because they weren’t there until it was created in the new timeline. (Whew!)
Everyone wants Tobey & Andrew to show up in No Way Home and I’m wishing for Spider-Ham and Christopher Daniel Barnes!
I didn't know about Loki season 2 ok I didn't watch the after credits scene but Loki is my favorite show
Fucking kang the conqueror 🔥🔥
When they pull out a variant from the timeline they reset it
He who Reminds is Kang variants.
Well this is perfect timing. You're gonna start uploading What If on the day of its finale. What If is canon in the MCU and so I assume it's the result of the splintering of the timeline and all the stories in What If are alternate timelines that happened because of this guy's death
No, it's not...
@@accordgolfer yes it is. The What If shows are us witnessing the multiverse. Don’t be surprised if we see captain Carter or Evil strange In multiverse of madness
@@accordgolfer I literally googled it to make sure. It is
@@tmac731 ok, it's cannon. I'm still not watching it...
@@accordgolfer good for you
Sorry someone spoiled it for you.
Damn that sucks man I would’ve been so mad
you are finally welcomed into the KANG GANG 🦹🏾♂️🕰 now it’s ‘What If?..’ Time!
This version has been isolated from other beings for eons, also. Not being a bit bat shit would be more unbelievable
It’s spider man no way home that’s supposed have the 3 Spider-Man. Dr strange and multiverse of madness is rumored to have Tobey’s Spider-Man in it from my knowledge.
Kang ,,, Watch earths mightiest heroes the avengers animated series to see who Kang is and what he can do...He's also in other Animated series... The next big baddy in the MCU.. He's better known as Kang the Conqueror
For all time.. always!
Someone teach this man multi-verse theory
If you want to learn more about the series I would watch the newrockstars breakdown of it. You'll get more than a casual understanding of what's going on.
Let’s go, finale!
Look say whatever you want to say about the show but the one thing that you’ll never convince me is a good idea is the revelation that every single in the MCU has been predetermined. The fact that heroic choices such as Buckey choosing not to kill Cap and Tony sacrificing himself in endgame.
KANG THE CONQUERER BOUTTA HAVE THE MCU IN A STRANGLEHOLD FOR THE NEXT COUPLE MOVIES
We have already seen the tobey maguire villians in the spiderman no way home trailer. So it's basically confirmed.
Falcon and The Winter Soldier is not getting a series 2 as they are making a Capt. America 4 movie instead and WandaVision's sequel is Dr. Strange 2. 😊
Amazing ending to the season wait until you see what if episode 8 omg!!!!!!!
Watch Lovecraft Country !!!!
He’s InThe show as well
Hope you're ready for the Multiverse cause the MCU is aboutta go crazy
Ravonna went into Season 2
You probably love the great chess game
This is the best MCU show so far. Besides Agents of Shield
You’re confusing Spider-Man No Way Home wiry Doctor Strap Multiverse of
Madness tbe movie that really connects with this one is Ant Man and Wasp Quantumania which will include Kang who we met a variant of here. Season 2 will probably come after that
You haven’t seen insane yet because this sets up What If
A lot of ppl think Wanda fully becoming the scarlet witch was the threshold that was crossed
Wanda is a Nexus being so basically she can cause nexus events without the TVA arresting her
Such a moronic theory. Not only does it not fit, AT ALL with the plot, Kang straight up says they just passed the threshold of his knowledge. That's it.
More fan theory nonsense like Peter being the kid with the mask in IM2.
They literally confirmed Peter was that kid. Little R B gonna cry?😢
The threshold was just the end of time.... Yet to be written
@@Jo-fk1be They "confirmed" it because it was a popular fan theory. It was never officially the original intent for that to be Peter.
Its a head canon theory that they decided to run with after it became popular. Get educated lil guy.
The new Spiderman movie will have 3 Spiderman not Dr Strange 2. Multiverse of madness will have too many marvel movie characters
also I really hope you get to watch the "what if" series at some point, it's really good and worth the watch
Already started it on patreon!
Nah what if is good but not better than the live actions
@@joebond545 never said it was... I said it's good and worth the watch
Your combining 2 movies together Spider-man No Way Home and Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness all 3 Spider-men are supposed to appear in No Way Home not Dr. Strange and the Scarlet Witch In Dr. Strange although the Spider-men haven't been confirmed but the trailer did confirmed other stuff but even though they connect there not the same movie
Neither Loki nor Sylvie are in a timeline. Both the citadel and the TVA are outside of time.
Kang the conqueror is on route boiiii
Kang the Conqueror my boi
Welcome to the Marvel Multiverse. You'll get a glipse of some of them in What If...
maybe y'all could react to HBO MAX doom patrol sometime, very good & fun show!
Now...What if ... 😳
If no one else said, you should check out the synchronization of the last episode of Loki next to the last episode of WandaVision. Some VERY interesting stuff 🧐🤔
For some reason I didn't get a notif, that keeps happening, its so annoying.

If you haven't already, react to the Spiderman: No Way Home trailer. Doctor Strange is not going to be the only movie to go fucking crazy!
He does movies and tv shows reactions. Not trailers.

Love the vids. Keep em coming.
All because Sylvie wouldn't grow up.
I hate that season 2 is so far away
They gotta make it tho lmao
Loki was far from right when you're suggesting to cause genocide to multiple universes is worst than what Thanos wanted just genocide to one universe. I think as a Black man want someone to take away your freewill seem like a touch of slave mentality even though it's just a fictional story.
Not only Loki was wrong he betrayed Sylvie because he had followed her plan once she prune herself to find Loki and Loki told Miss Minutes that they will go against who ever is controlling this but after a 30 minute conversation with a stranger he changed his mind and went against someone that lost her family and childhood from this guy hunting her down most of her lost
We learn that the Multiverse is the original natural order of things but this Kang has been pruning it and just only keeping his own universe time line.
When’s the face reveal?

Why did they have to make my boy Loki such a weak simp, what a waste

Yup, the all powerful being was some random black guy from the hood who looked like he belongs in a rap video. Lame as hell. But the shows director is a woke crazy lady, so it's not surprising.
Does it matter?
