    The opposite of gradual might be ‘steep’😊

    You asked tips for weight lost..
    First at all.. make sure that you sleep enough (8hour) and well. Then think, how eat that not get fat. After that, think exercising. 😊

    Hi my teacher, here’s some tips for weight loss:
    1) decrease the every meal volume by 30%
    2) do not eat anything between meals , only drink water or black coffee if you want to eat something

    I thought you will be talking re crooked tooth, that is also an example for crooked and the term ‘crooked tooth’ used for misaligned teeth.

    To lose weight:
    - go for a walk every morning at least for 20 minutes(if you don't go for a walk, you don't deserve the breakfast)
    - buy healty food
    - don't eat sugar, flavor and the chepiest salt
    - see yourself as a healty, muscular man!

    To lose weight try to eat in 8 hours span each day. I mean 8/16 you can eat for 8 hours and fast for 16. It's that simple. Good luck 👍

    It always amazed me that landscaping in Canada looks exactly like in the US. Buildings, parking lots, signage, and many other things too.. it’s a carbon copy in many instances. Perhaps both countries used the same designers 😅
