The captain is a melee specialist tho😑
He counters with his sword, has a lot of health, he uses his sword well, and can turn around quickly using the knock-back from his gun, and can also hit really well with his gun in close range.
Also, a blunderbus can easily withstand a ballista shot. Please make a video with a blunderbus vs numerous ranged units
Charley Joergensen blunderbus is most likely gonna be like the hay baler where it was unable to be killed by ballistas but was nerfed
Harpooner is an amazing specialist for range and melee, he can fight as well as a chieftain, I think.
Edit: I think he meant there are no bread and butter units, the flintlock just has two ranged powerful attacks and then they can actually fight pretty damn well.

Diovmiel Odontomachus the flint lock guys I agree with. They damage way above their actual cost, if they can get a hit in of course, since they don't have a lot of health. The harpoon guy is decent, but not as powerful as a chieftain. He may have about as much health as one, but definitely doesn't damage as much as a chieftain. He really is more a disruptive unit. Draw possibly the worst guys in, then range or other units take care of them. I mean, the dude can barely one shot a halfling. The reason he can win so many fights is cause the opponents can fight well while on the ground cause of the harpoon, but if anyone else attacks he seems to barely be able to defend himself. Not as powerful as a chieftain, but definitely as useful if used right. This is just my own analysis tho, so you're free to have your own opinion of it.

Pirate captains are beasts. They can counter melee hits and their pistols do a LOT of damage.

The Pirate Queen is insanely overpowered. She can take on 200 Clubmen at a time, she beats a Shogun 1 on 1, and sometimes even 2 on 1, along with being better than Blackbeard. I tested all of these personally.

Box Man
-Is a secret unit found in as a box in no specific map.
-Hides stationary in a box on the battlefield and jumps any enemies that comes near with sticky hands and a bomb attached to his stomach.
-Bomb explodes when coming in contact with a unit.
-if lured out of box hiding spot, explodes anyways after 3 seconds

You put the harpoons and the wagons too close to each other, so the harpoons didn’t have enough time to fire. That’s why they didn’t work.
Pirate captain is really good he can shoot a unit with his gun and kill the next with his swords and his gun reloads in 1-2 seconds and it one shots a lot of units
The giant chief is not on purpose, you just got super lucky
Edit: the flintlock guys punch hit hard, or at least they feel like they do.
