You don't get nearly enough credit for understanding references and knowing the definition of the larger vocab. Some reactors would just let those bars fly over their heads, but you pause to relate your experiences to us, and I'm here for it. Be well. ✌*edit to add* There was a discarded track off of this album titled 'Untouchable' that I've never seen a reaction to, and although it is unpolished, it's so good I cannot believe it was left off.
dude... your analysis of his music is on point. Very few can listen to Aesop Rock and decipher the code correctly, let alone so quickly. Impressive. You HAVE to listen to DECA. You will not be disappointed. He is on a level of his own. Please do a reaction to this to start: Curiosity Shop. Starts abstract then it absolutely will blow your mind then mammon's mantra, breadcrumbs, crab apples, tuning, blight, skyward, maintain.... its a rabbit hole of back to back to back word play puzzles I am sure you will enjoy. you will appreciate the fact he made all those beats, and the album cover artwork.
Thanks! Appreciate that. I always feel like so many things go over my head. He definitely is in a league of his own. Thanks for watching and the recommendation !
11:00 I call Aesop ''the master of beating around the bush''. The first verse in this one can be summarized in ''I don't wanna give away personal information''. But he took us through all the mathematics and metaphysics instead. See what I mean? The Scholomance, was _allegedly_ somewhere in my country, and I had to first hear about it from this song. I don't know if he referenced the one from the myth, or the one from WoW, but still, it blew my mind, like, is there a limit to this man's knowledge of random sht? As for a recommendation, Pizza Alley. It's about his Ayahuasca trip. Good stuff.
He definitely took a mathematical detour 😀. We have to search for the real Scholomance 😅. Just recorded a reaction to Get out The Car and will do more. Thanks for watching!
hell yeah I remember Scholomance 🤣. first thing I thought about when I heard this song years ago lol. I actually had never heard the word Scholomance outside of WoW when I first heard this song and had to google it to see where the name was derived from. Since you've done Kirby and now this, I'd recommend doing Get Out of The Car by Aesop. The 3 tracks are a trilogy, so if you do that one you'll have completed the trilogy backwards
I like the CBGB line. When I think of the Ouji board I think of teenage girls asking the spirits about who likes who in their school. The line compares this with reading the graffiti in the women's room at a club. Specifically the CBGB where a lot of early hip-hop groups got their starts. (Beastie boys for example)
When I’m in charge of the public beats, and this song comes up, people cannot stand it. It jams that hard. ANDREW TATE LOL! Therapy is a racket. You’re their paycheck. They will let you wine and bitch about your circumstances without ever advising you to change your behavior. I’ve also been to a super great psychiatrist
“My ‘In Case of Emergency’ is in the daisies chasing birds” - that would be Kirby 🐱
What a dope beat, I have this album on vinyl and it sounds divine!
Gotta love vinyl! Thanks for watching.
Probably my favorite reaction to this song yet. So many are left grasping but I loved seeing the recognition of the message and references!
Thanks so much! Great song!
Possibly my favourite AR song! Just about to watch. :)
Another great track! On to the next one.
'It's a racket, not a rehabilitation' - you called it! Well played.

Thanks so much for the props! Appreciate that. Will look up that track. Take care!

Doing some rewatches of yours tonight. Love your stuff. You caught it all. Ren's got to be the most fun to react to.
Stacie from Boston
Thanks so much for watching and the kind words! Its a lot of fun!
Greetings from Belgium.
I sometimes quote this song to telemarketers. I cut them off of their pitch and say, sounds good. Let me give you my info. My first name...
Haha, hilarious! Will remember this for next time one calls me 🤣
Great reaction.
Thanks!

@@SaeedReacts. thanks for appreciating. If the word gets around far enough, I like to hope they'll be teaching this guy in school.
@@durere Many things to be learned from this type of lyricism.

Oops! Didnt know about the order, but i will check it out. Classic WoW was so awesome. Thanks for watching.
Been loving all of the Aes reactions, if you haven't already seen them i would check out Rings or Jumping coffins next
I've been recommending either Jumping Coffin or Dorks.
I have done Rings, but not the others. Will definitely get to these at some point!

Great song. There are some good ones out there, but mostly we are their recurring revenue.
