No problems. This show was actually my first BIB show ever. Obviously I had known about them since their first album was released but this night, I became a fan of the band! So many great songs! And Yannis... what a BEAST!
@@Kimble81 I discover BiB during the pandemic so of course, difficult to have a chance to see them live, especially when living in west France! but it is great to see them live again! considering this song (which I love so much) is more dedicated to videos than live, the performance is great
the mix was absolutely horrible when they opened for nightwish. just like on this video. mostly drums, a little bit of vocals and can't hear the guitars.
I have give up Heavy Metal - it´s dead - like Rob Halford says so long ago ! And then - what must my 62 year old eyes and ears recognize two weeks ago - it lives ! Hell bent - Long live Rock ´n´Roll ! And once again Finland (I remember with tears in my eyes the wonderful times with Hanoi Rocks). It seems, this little land is the forge of true music, no matter what direction ! Thanx for this wonderful music, Beast In Black, and for the reason to live a little bit longer !

I'm completely blown away how amazing this band is! same sound live as studio is beyond rare in these days of autotune. We are so fortunate as fans to be able to witness the culmination of all the years of obvious passionate and hard work that these guys have put into their profession. You dont get that good by luck. Thank you beast in Black for the amazing work you all do!

This gig at Tavastia was their first show of the tour. They did a bunch of "warm up" shows in Finland before they went on a tour with Nightwish. This show here took place March 8, 2022.

Playing with a tape , its just not the same. Its half live half tape. Its not a whole of anything. I like their music but I dont know what to think of this. Half of the sound isnt live: the synths and background choir.
I mean, symphonic bands have been doing that with orchestras and choirs since the subgenre's inception, so this is really nothing new. the core instruments and vocals are live so it's honestly fine.
I watched most of the videos from this set, and they're much more energetic during other songs. BUT, in the official music video for Moonlight Rendezvous, they're all robots, right? My theory is that they're acting like the robots onstage. I think they did this on purpose. I will be seeing their show this weekend, I'll let you know for sure 😉.
They're doing it on purpose, in the music video they play the part of these terminator-like killer cyborgs. They also do a similar act with for example the song "Crazy, Mad, Insane" where the singer is the only one moving around and the rest of the band just do minimal movements in sync. As for the audience, well, it's Finland. In Finnish culture if you're doing something else or talking on top, it's seen as meaning that you aren't listening, because you aren't devoting your attention to the show. It's the same with conversations here; if someone talks to you, you just listen without doing anything else and wait for the to finish before responding.

They sound this good live. If it was lipsynced they would have sounded even better. The vocals are way different then the studio version.
