As soon as Grian said “don’t touch the explosives” I knew Scar was gonna touch the explosives
The reason you didn't unlock the different builds is because you didn't build a village. You need to place a village square and as you upgrade the village you unlock more things. You're supposed to eventually have villages in different biomes to unlock the biome specific blueprints. You can also get villagers to move in and they can help you with resource collection when your village level is high enough.

The game is still buggy though and some of the villager jobs don’t work.

It doesn't make the video any more genuine either way. As soon as you announce someone is paying you to play a game, always assume that there's atleast 1 lie in the video, no youtuber is 100% genuine about all the fun and compliments they have with a game when they're being paid to play it.

Although this whole video was an ad, it kinda made it feel very genuine, and this seemed to just be some friends hanging out and chilling out playing a game. Never though I would see grian, scar impulse and skizz playing lego fortnite but nether the less I loved it❤

Please make this into a mini series. It was actually something fun and different to watch.
Grian, you must turn your base into a village to start getting more items to build with, and NPC’s to help you.
You can do this by placing down a Village Square, which you can find in the first tab with the campfire icon.
You can get resources to upgrade your village which will advance your village stats, allow more NPC interactions, and give you more things to build and play around with.
I hope you turn this game into a Series. Have fun :)

I don't know if you'll actually play this again but just in case.
To unlock other structures you need to:
Build a shack (which you did in the video)
Talk to the starting NPC to unlock the Village Square structure
Now when you upgrade your Village Square, you'll unlock new types of builds/structures

When I learnt Lego had invested close to a billion US dollars into epic games last year I was exceedingly bewildered and sceptical.
It was so clear that Scar would blow up the shack the first chance he got
Within the first 15 minutes of the video, grian has made more progress then I have in 5 hours
It’s likely that he cut some of the boring gameplay out
Watching Grain play anything other than Minecraft is weird, but I love it.

I'm not sure if you are ever going to continue playing this but if you want to unlock more builds in survival you have to make villages using the village piece. The bigger the village the more builds you unlock. Also, depending on which biome you build your village in you can unlock different stuff! 😁😁
The Phasmo crew playing Fortnite is something I never expected, especially from SKIZZ
You should have a fidget button in your inventory at all time. That way if you see a button that might cause damage, you walk away, put the fidget button down, and press to your delight
Only the GIGS crew can make Fortnite bearable for me!

I still gotta admit I thought this would be more of a fighting game like litteraly Fortnite but as legos but this just seems more kind of like minecraft but the building and crafting is slower and a tad limited but also the builds and stuff look really cool and some of the stuff like the balloon the rocket engine seem really awesome
I want more of this, it's so much fun to see ya'll figure out everything for the first time

I’ve played this a bit myself, if your one of those people that goes on a one to two week Minecraft phase with your friends every update this game might actually be a better fit, slightly less pure sandbox and more progress/objective driven gameplay loop

Btw the reason you couldnt build new structures is because you need to build a village. Its a starter utility like the workbench

I’d love to see a part 2 where you explore the village side of game. If you talk to the NPC who spawns next to you when you start the game, they tell you how to progress and will join your village.
