I was deeply touched by Seojun's character when he had the chance to kiss Jukyung but he did not. I really cried how he did not crossed his limits. If I was in place of Jukyung, the least i could do for him is to appreciate his immense love and support for me. And the stairs scence, gosh i can never get over that scene. Thank you so much for all the parts ❤️ and it's so freaking devastating and depressing that everyone was happy except him although he is one of the characters who deserved it the most. He has always put everyone before him even if it made him sad and then all he gets at the end are tears?? For the fact that he is the most beautiful character and carried the entire show he literally got nothing in return. I can't put into words how disappointed, dissatisfied, mad and sad I am. It was obvious that they clearly favor Suho and that he won't have a chance but nonetheless he could have had a real happy end. Just making him a singer won't erase his heartbreak and loneliness. He was always a shoulder to cry on but when he needed one no one was there to console him. It was sad that they didn't even let him attend the wedding just because of his debut 😒 At the end he suffered the most and was still unappreciated. He stayed beside Jukyung the entire time and always supported her but she didn't seem grateful at all and couldn't even hug him back and all Suho did was give him the song. I can completely understand why so many viewers and fans are mad because this beyond beautiful character deserved much more than he received. He is "True Beauty" 🤧❤️
Other people think that he already got his happy ending but they just don't love SeoJun that much. I don't care what anyone says but he didn't get his happy ending, the wedding scene was literally everyone being happy except for SeoJun. When the drama ended I cried so much because of his ending and I can't be fully satisfied because of the last episode, I just feel depressed and empty like what's even the point anymore.
@@katielay7808 You're welcome and every True Beauty fan is sad now because although some of them were team Suho we can all say that Seojun is a beautiful character and deserved much more than the writers gave him throughout the show. He was never really a "bad guy" and truly showed us how pure love and loyalty looks like. He was always there and supported Jugyeong and Suho although he loved her so so much but he never showed his heartbreak and sadness in front of them or others. She couldn't even see everything he did for her until the end which makes me extremely mad because she could have at least been a better friend and just give him a hug or say something which truly shows her appreciation. It really seems like she just viewed him as someone who was always there when she needed him. There were many situations in which she acted selfish and rude like when he sang for her the first time and she just left midway to cry for Suho 😐 YES she even showed mir compassion towards Soojin than him although he was always by her side and she couldn't even see or imagine how heartbroken he must be?? I really don't know why they writers didn't put much more effort into this because Seojun cried until the end for nothing. Every little side character had a better ending than him as a lead. I really hoped that there would be a big plot twist at the end where she chooses Seojun but of course not lol 🤡 Nonetheless it wasn't the happy ending he deserved because although he became a singer he didn't seem happy at all. Hwang In Yeop definitely showed what a great newcomer he is and although Seojun didn't get a happy end this character gained him many fans and I'm excited to see who else he will play in the future 😍

The video as the other stages videos is beautiful and make me feel all emotional about them. Sorry to be that person, but the last two episodes were so badly done though I can't really take them seriously. *spoilers ahead* If they wanted to make Seojun move on then they should make him confess to her way sooner and not have him pining over her for 3 years and suddenly have him confess out of nowhere. It's like they used Seojun as a plot device for Suho x JuKyung to happen, without giving much thought to Seojun's character and only make him suffer. Also I can understand that Ju Kyung never saw Seojun in a romantic way, but having her go back to Suho so easily after ghosting her for 2 years, it's such bad writing and shows that JuKyung had no self respect.
I think he just believed that he had to confess to move on he didn’t have to but he believed that it would help him imo i think their main objective was to make him move on from her after getting rejected but they also used him as a way to show how jugyeong hasnt really moved on from suho or thought of seo jun as a man even if she tried to she only felt ‘uncomfortable’ not awkward or self conscious (as most people would be conscious in front of their crush) and i think he was sure he would get rejected he just though fine i have to confess to move on(but u dont have to imo) i do agree they kinda rushed the end like they could’ve added maybe one more hour and i dont think she planned on getting back with suho even tho she didnt move on or forgave him at first and i guess she also understood what his main intention was( it was to not make her wait for him) she did obviously feel waiting was frustrating but she never thought to break up but she just tried to understand him i guess and it wasnt that she had no self respect when she heard that he was going to leave again she just probably was surprised and afraid he wouldn’t come back again even tho she didnt plan to,inside she wanted to be with him i think it also was supposed to show how we forget what we thought was right when we hear about how our love is going to leave she did have self respect(since the 1st episode but it became better from 13th episode)

its not that jukyung had no self respect because if you watch the scene when suho say sorry to jukyung, jukyung say that she knows that suho is also having a hard time. Suho was alone and his dad is in the hospital. Suho is far away from his friends and to Jukyung and he is having a hard time to his mental health, so he broke up with jukyung because he dont want her to wait for him because he's not sure if he is really come back to korea.

No matter how hard broken he was or how guilty he felt, ignoring her completely was an a**hole move. It's not like he was in a life-death situation himself and couldn't use his hands to send a text at least. To think that he would learn from his experience with his best friend committing suicide, when he didn't answer the call... but no, he literally did the same with JuKyung and he somehow still seems like he's the victim in the whole situation because "aw poor boy he went through a lot because of his father illness"... Ughh no he isn't the victim at all🙄 She texted him about random stuff happening in her life and he didn't even give her any signs of life. Suho's attitude was just weird. They literally also dated for like a week, so I don't understand why it seemed like they dated for years and their break up was the hardest thing on earth. Also Suho's attitude shows how selfish he was and didn't even take JuKyung's feelings into consideration, because it seemed like he expected her to come back to him the moment he came back. To think that people defend Suho for his attitude, shows how one sided you see the story. So you tell me that if someone "really important to you" in real life did something like this to you, ghosted you for 2 years, you would welcome them back so easily? They made her play hard at first, but made JuKyung go back to Suho so fast and making Seojun push her even more to go back to Suho. They made both JuKyung and Seojun dirty, because they had them act like simps for the wrong person and for no reason at all. Anyways, everyone has a different opinion on this matter, but honestly speaking ghosting someone can hurt equally as having a loved one at the hospital and I believe every normal person must at least have a little respect for themselves and not welcome back people like that, so easily in their life.

Watching the stages of Seojun and Jugyeon has made me even more sad, disappointed, and angry knowing that the creator of the true beauty kdrama has changed every single bit of the true beauty webtoon. I was so excited seeing the trailer for episode 15 thinking that Seojun and Jugyeon actually started dating like in the webtoon then soon realize they never did. Even though I don't like that they made Jugyeon and Suho date even though they never did in the webtoon, I'm glad they let us see what it would look like if Suho and Jugyeon dated instead. Me personally being on team Seojun as I watched more and more of the episodes I noticed Suho and Jugyeon's relationship was very toxic, but although the kdrama series was ok and hope to see a season 2.
If Seojun and Jugyeong really go to date like in the webtoon, it will be more unfair to Seojun because Suho is still the endgame. Do you think it is nice to see Seojun hurting because Jugyeong broke up with him to be with Suho again because he's back, its more unfair to his side when its happen. And its not right that Seojun to be endgame because we all watch Suho and Jugyeong love story in a drama but ends up with Seojun?
And no, Suho and Jugyeong relationship is not toxic at all. Yes, Suho became toxic because of jealousy but its not last longer because he understand. The way she protect and care for Jugyeong and the way he agree to hide their relationship even he didn't want to is a yes for me hehe.

To me if I was the writer of this drama, I will make a season 2 to clear some of the mess and make it more unpredictable storyline unlike the first season. This is not about team Suho or Team Seojun. This is the continuous story development for all three of them. Suho’s character is strong and big enough to completely overshadow Seo Jun character as a whole with his presence around. We knew Suho’s complicated, sad life story in Season 1. And now he’s finally moving on and start planning to do bigger things in his life. We also knew based on the webtoon and drama, Seo Jun somewhat in his mind, he still likes Ju Kyung and he still cares for her. Hear me out, To make season 2, if the True Beauty writers are smart to make Seo Jun shines even for a while, I will make Suho leave to the States for him to pursue his studies in music which he said in the last episode with Seo Jun when they were having a late brunch. To me, they can write a story out from it. Like Suho and Ju Kyung were having a discussion and he told her, he wants to study at the States which Ju Kyung strongly disagreed and they exchange words with some heated arguments which led to their downfall and eventually they broke up and Suho left to the States again to chase his dream. From that moment onwards, Ju Kyung had enough of Suho attitude. The first episode mostly will be just between them. Then from there, there will be no Suho appearance until the last episode. Season 2 is solely focused on Han Seo Jun love lifestory. To replace Suho character, I will put another female actress to play as 2nd lead character to make 2 women fell in love with Seo Jun. Her role is to play some distraction the relationship between Seo Jun and Ju Kyung. And further down the line, she too fall in love with Seo Jun kindness. This story based on after Seo Jun just finished promoting his album after some busy hectic schedule for 3 years without catching a break. Then Seo Jun shared with the rest of the members while they were resting at their dorm, he thinks about going out on a secret date without getting caught. Then the next day, Hee Kyung (Ju Kyung elder sister) went to their dorm and called them out and say some congratulate words to the members after they finished promoting their album and have plenty of good rest before their next comeback. Then shortly after, Hee Kyung wants to have a private talk with Seo Jun and tell him that Ju Kyung was lonely and finding her feet after she broke up with Suho when he left to the States to pursue his studies in music. Seo Jun felt surprise and angry with Suho attitude, but at the same time, on his mind, he hesitates whether he should contact Ju Kyung again after he felt disappointed Ju Kyung didn’t repay back his love. Hee Kyung begs and persuade him to contact her and meet her and make her happy and smile again since they were close friends during Saebom High School days. Seo Jun remained silent and didn’t give Hee Kyung the straight answer. But he will consider once he settles down. Then at night, Seo Jun staring blankly at the balcony alone and one his members asked him whether is he okay? He replied he’s fine with his low soft confused voice. Then his members asked him again, is it the conversation between him and Him Kyung? And he answered yes. Then he told the reason everything in which the rest of the members told him, do what what makes you happy. The past is the past. The members told him, listen to Hee Kyung Noona and contact Ju Kyung again. She concerned with her sister's well-being and she completely put the trust on Seo Jun to make her smile again. Don’t think too much about it. If you really care for her right now, just make her happy. After the assurance and the support from his members, he finally decided to call Ju Kyung again without hesitation. Then later on, they met and hang out just like the old days before his pre debut days. Like every typical love, romance drama, there will be heart fluttering moments between them. That’s where Ju Kyung finally catches his feeling after she rejected him for Suho. But she didn’t confess to him until he’s the first one to say it. Seo Jun confessed to her and say that he still have feelings for her until today, but because he respects her boundaries and respect his friendship with Suho and he doesn’t want to go over the line back then. He will wait for her decision. Then after the long thought lying down on her bed, Ju Kyung fell in love with Seo Jun character. Then, while she continued lying down on her bed, Seo Jun texted her whether she wants to go out with him secretly since he is an idol now in which she agreed. The following day Seo Jun meet Ju Kyung and told her to “waver for him again” in which Ju Kyung agreed. And from that moment, they went on a secret date and go on into relationship along the way. The female actress is just there to make a scene with Seo Jun making him uncomfortable. So he told her to back off as he’s currently dating with Ju Kyung just like the webtoon series. She kept pestering him and she makes a bold move to confess to Seo Jun, she likes him too, which Seo Jun was angry and pissed off with her. I think the writer can write more with this storyline. ** Addition: The cute love birds couple between Lim Ju Young and Han Go Woon, to make it spicier, I will add one more male character to make Ju Young jealous when Go Woon so close with her sunbae when finally they entered college together. The storyline will be, her sunbae just a prick dude trying to act nice in front of her to win her heart. His intentions were to mock and manipulate and make fun of her ugliness. And that’s where Ju Young to the rescue and be a true boyfriend material hero. And finally Ju Young won her heart and felt sorry towards him at the end for trusting her sunbae a lot. And both of them managed to get a ‘proper’ comedy date along the way. The Grapefruit and Strawberry couple after 3 years gone by, Hee Kyung was pregnant after marrying with her husband. This scene can be fun and comical involving the Lim’s family, especially with her parents. They can create good atmosphere for us to smile and laugh about between all the episodes in Season 2. Then the last two final episodes, Ju Kyung and Seo Jun relationship went haywire after they were caught dating at Han River at night which spread all over the internet. And the netizens and Seo Jun fans spammed malicious comments at Ju Kyung and Seo Jun instagram account. Then that’s where Hee Kyung will play a big role in S2 as she is the PR manager and told Ju Kyung to break up with Seo Jun in which she declined at first. But after a while, the netizens keep spamming her account. And that’s where she decided to follow her sister wish and break up with him just like the webtoon series. So both of them meet each other and Seo Jun didn’t expect she wants to break up with him but eventually she said it. And Seo Jun couldn’t believe it and he cried beside her. He didn’t want to break up with her, he will do anything for her to stick by his side. But Ju Kyung refused and eventually she left the scene and make Seo Jun confused and cried until he reached back to his dorm to collect his thought of what’s going on. The last episode, they met again secretly and Seo Jun agreed to give her what she wants to restore her life again and he wants to maintain friends with her. And both of them cried and give one last hug with each other. And outta nowhere, Suho appeared after returning back from the States. He was walking alone at the Han river collecting his thought and suddenly he saw Sue Jun and Ju Kyung hugged each other and couldn’t believe with his eyes, they were secretly having a relationship behind his back. But he didn’t know they already broke up, so he turned around to end the episode with a cliffhanger. And that’s where Season 3 will be the ultimate ENDGAME. If I were to make Season 3 more happening, I will make Ju Kyung don’t fall, either with Suho nor Seo Jun ever again. She doesn’t need both of them to make her shine. All she needs was herself. The True Beauty is within her. She needs to love herself more. Suho and Seo Jun can be her best of friends.

Since they changed the direction towards Suho, let Seo Jun shine even for a while to follow the same way just like the webtoon series but in different angle and storyline. It doesn’t affect much to both Ju Kyung and Seo jun characters. Season 2 is the story of a boy name Han Seo Jun love story journey as an idol. We already know Suho’s complicated life story. It will be boring to shine on him even further and it will make viewers less attracted to the drama.

I liked Lee Su Ho, but for the show, I wished Im Ju Gyeong ended up with Han Seo Jun, he did so much for her, was always a good sport. Even though he loved her he never got jealous when she was with SuHo. He looked after her. All Lee Su did was get mad, jealous, and never gave her much space. He even ignored her texts for 2 years and dumped her. Seo Jun was very loving and patient with her, what broke my heart was that he knew that she still loves LeeSu so he let her go to him, and then cried ❤️😢😭 I love u han seo jun 😭

I have read in many books and finally I agree with this that really time is a very big issue when it comes to a love triangle..both the persons love the same person but ultimately only one gets the love and the other either has to intentionally sacrifice or is bound to let go just because time supported the first one and deserted the second.. but that doesn't mean that the one who remained rejected loved less or didn't love..its all the matter of time buddy!! But yes it's really really too cruel and unjustified to receive no result after giving up everything!! I really really have become a fan of Seojun man!!! A very positive thing of his was he didn't fight in ugly manner like we can see in other dramas..because he really loved the girl man!! That's why he gave up..yes he tried for sure to win her over..but when he understood that she isn't gonna be HIS..he left peacefully..isn't that how love should be? The film makers took Eunwoo for being famous and looks but fall miserably .Seojun occupied all love and limelight through acting .I have watched only him ,big fan and cannot tallerate Eunwoo .
Although I love Suho as a character, I will always be Team Seojun, not because I'm into the bad boy trope (as a matter of fact, both the emo and bad boy tropes have been overused on me to the fact where I almost hate them), but because they have more of a connection and more of a bond than Suho and Jukyeong could ever have. THOSE two met over messy secrets and they basically screwed with each other's heads until Jukyeong LITERALLY cries about it and makes Suho feel bad during that one scene in the rain that "changes everything" and "makes him think twice". It's okay if it happens in a couple stories, I understand it's a popular trope, but I've just seen it WAY too many times and I could SEE this K-drama had the potential to go against the grain. But Seojun and Jukyeong? They met under circumstances that were a bit rough, admittedly, but instead of using needless secrets and misunderstandings, they learned to accept one another NATURALLY, without the added baggage of past traumas and desperate facades being brought up far too soon. Even THEN, they found all that out when they knew each other better, which is the right time TO be learning about something that heavy, instead of the moment you meet. That's how REAL relationships form: learning about each other and deciding whether the pros are what draws you in and whether you can accept the cons that come along with it or not. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, if the emo love interest loses, then it's another blow on his fragile little character and everyone will start throwing hissy fits! (Once again, no hate to Suho, I love him and his character, I just hate the trope he's been subjected to) In short? The writers made a GRAVE mistake being too afraid to fight the flow a little bit and let the secondary lead steal the show for once.

Thank you so much for all the parts ❤️ and it's so freaking devastating and depressing that everyone was happy except him although he is one of the characters who deserved it the most. He has always put everyone before him even if it made him sad and then all he gets at the end are tears?? For the fact that he is the most beautiful character and carried the entire show he literally got nothing in return. I can't put into words how disappointed, dissatisfied, mad and sad I am. It was obvious that they clearly favor Suho and that he won't have a chance but nonetheless he could have had a real happy end. Just making him a singer won't erase his heartbreak and loneliness. He was always a shoulder to cry on but when he needed one no one was there to console him. It was sad that they didn't even let him attend the wedding just because of his debut 😒 At the end he suffered the most and was still unappreciated. He stayed beside Jukyung the entire time and always supported her but she didn't seem grateful at all and couldn't even hug him back and all Suho did was give him the song. I can completely understand why so many viewers and fans are mad because this beyond beautiful character deserved much more than he received. He is "True Beauty" 🤧❤️

Other people think that he already got his happy ending but they just don't love SeoJun that much. I don't care what anyone says but he didn't get his happy ending, the wedding scene was literally everyone being happy except for SeoJun. When the drama ended I cried so much because of his ending and I can't be fully satisfied because of the last episode, I just feel depressed and empty like what's even the point anymore.

@@katielay7808 You're welcome and every True Beauty fan is sad now because although some of them were team Suho we can all say that Seojun is a beautiful character and deserved much more than the writers gave him throughout the show. He was never really a "bad guy" and truly showed us how pure love and loyalty looks like. He was always there and supported Jugyeong and Suho although he loved her so so much but he never showed his heartbreak and sadness in front of them or others. She couldn't even see everything he did for her until the end which makes me extremely mad because she could have at least been a better friend and just give him a hug or say something which truly shows her appreciation. It really seems like she just viewed him as someone who was always there when she needed him. There were many situations in which she acted selfish and rude like when he sang for her the first time and she just left midway to cry for Suho 😐 YES she even showed mir compassion towards Soojin than him although he was always by her side and she couldn't even see or imagine how heartbroken he must be?? I really don't know why they writers didn't put much more effort into this because Seojun cried until the end for nothing. Every little side character had a better ending than him as a lead. I really hoped that there would be a big plot twist at the end where she chooses Seojun but of course not lol 🤡 Nonetheless it wasn't the happy ending he deserved because although he became a singer he didn't seem happy at all. If they wanted to make Seojun move on then they should make him confess to her way sooner and not have him pining over her for 3 years and suddenly have him confess out of nowhere. It's like they used Seojun as a plot device for Suho x JuKyung to happen, without giving much thought to Seojun's character and only make him suffer. Also I can understand that Ju Kyung never saw Seojun in a romantic way, but having her go back to Suho so easily after ghosting her for 2 years, it's such bad writing and shows that JuKyung had no self respect.
I think he just believed that he had to confess to move on he didn’t have to but he believed that it would help him imo i think their main objective was to make him move on from her after getting rejected but they also used him as a way to show how jugyeong hasnt really moved on from suho or thought of seo jun as a man even if she tried to she only felt ‘uncomfortable’ not awkward or self conscious (as most people would be conscious in front of their crush) and i think he was sure he would get rejected he just though fine i have to confess to move on(but u dont have to imo) i do agree they kinda rushed the end like they could’ve added maybe one more hour and i dont think she planned on getting back with suho even tho she didnt move on or forgave him at first and i guess she also understood what his main intention was( it was to not make her wait for him) she did obviously feel waiting was frustrating but she never thought to break up but she just tried to understand him i guess and it wasnt that she had no self respect when she heard that he was going to leave again she just probably was surprised and afraid he wouldn’t come back again even tho she didnt plan to,inside she wanted to be with him i think it also was supposed to show how we forget what we thought was right when we hear about how our love is going to leave she did have self respect(since the 1st episode but it became better from 13th episode)
Literally he was just used to bring them together, in the end he was the one who fixed their relationship, did the most work and suffered even more because of it.
its not that jukyung had no self respect because if you watch the scene when suho say sorry to jukyung, jukyung say that she knows that suho is also having a hard time. Suho was alone and his dad is in the hospital. Suho is far away from his friends and to Jukyung and he is having a hard time to his mental health, so he broke up with jukyung because he dont want her to wait for him because he's not sure if he is really come back to korea.

No matter how hard broken he was or how guilty he felt, ignoring her completely was an a**hole move. It's not like he was in a life-death situation himself and couldn't use his hands to send a text at least. To think that he would learn from his experience with his best friend committing suicide, when he didn't answer the call... but no, he literally did the same with JuKyung and he somehow still seems like he's the victim in the whole situation because "aw poor boy he went through a lot because of his father illness"... Ughh no he isn't the victim at all🙄 She texted him about random stuff happening in her life and he didn't even give her any signs of life. Suho's attitude was just weird. They literally also dated for like a week, so I don't understand why it seemed like they dated for years and their break up was the hardest thing on earth. Also Suho's attitude shows how selfish he was and didn't even take JuKyung's feelings into consideration, because it seemed like he expected her to come back to him the moment he came back. To think that people defend Suho for his attitude, shows how one sided you see the story.
So you tell me that if someone "really important to you" in real life did something like this to you, ghosted you for 2 years, you would welcome them back so easily? They made her play hard at first, but made JuKyung go back to Suho so fast and making Seojun push her even more to go back to Suho. They made both JuKyung and Seojun dirty, because they had them act like simps for the wrong person and for no reason at all.
Anyways, everyone has a different opinion on this matter, but honestly speaking ghosting someone can hurt equally as having a loved one at the hospital and I believe every normal person must at least have a little respect for themselves and not welcome back people like that, so easily in their life.

Watching the stages of Seojun and Jugyeon has made me even more sad, disappointed, and angry knowing that the creator of the true beauty kdrama has changed every single bit of the true beauty webtoon. I was so excited seeing the trailer for episode 15 thinking that Seojun and Jugyeon actually started dating like in the webtoon then soon realize they never did. Even though I don't like that they made Jugyeon and Suho date even though they never did in the webtoon, I'm glad they let us see what it would look like if Suho and Jugyeon dated instead. Me personally being on team Seojun as I watched more and more of the episodes I noticed Suho and Jugyeon's relationship was very toxic, but although the kdrama series was ok and hope to see a season 2.
If Seojun and Jugyeong really go to date like in the webtoon, it will be more unfair to Seojun because Suho is still the endgame. Do you think it is nice to see Seojun hurting because Jugyeong broke up with him to be with Suho again because he's back, its more unfair to his side when its happen. And its not right that Seojun to be endgame because we all watch Suho and Jugyeong love story in a drama but ends up with Seojun?
And no, Suho and Jugyeong relationship is not toxic at all. Yes, Suho became toxic because of jealousy but its not last longer because he understand. The way she protect and care for Jugyeong and the way he agree to hide their relationship even he didn't want to is a yes for me hehe.

To me if I was the writer of this drama, I will make a season 2 to clear some of the mess and make it more unpredictable storyline unlike the first season. This is not about team Suho or Team Seojun. This is the continuous story development for all three of them. Suho’s character is strong and big enough to completely overshadow Seo Jun character as a whole with his presence around. We knew Suho’s complicated, sad life story in Season 1. And now he’s finally moving on and start planning to do bigger things in his life. We also knew based on the webtoon and drama, Seo Jun somewhat in his mind, he still likes Ju Kyung and he still cares for her.
Hear me out,
To make season 2, if the True Beauty writers are smart to make Seo Jun shines even for a while, I will make Suho leave to the States for him to pursue his studies in music which he said in the last episode with Seo Jun when they were having a late brunch. To me, they can write a story out from it. Like Suho and Ju Kyung were having a discussion and he told her, he wants to study at the States which Ju Kyung strongly disagreed and they exchange words with some heated arguments which led to their downfall and eventually they broke up and Suho left to the States again to chase his dream. From that moment onwards, Ju Kyung had enough of Suho attitude. The first episode mostly will be just between them. Then from there, there will be no Suho appearance until the last episode. Season 2 is solely focused on Han Seo Jun love lifestory. To replace Suho character, I will put another female actress to play as 2nd lead character to make 2 women fell in love with Seo Jun. Her role is to play some distraction the relationship between Seo Jun and Ju Kyung. And further down the line, she too fall in love with Seo Jun kindness.
This story based on after Seo Jun just finished promoting his album after some busy hectic schedule for 3 years without catching a break. Then Seo Jun shared with the rest of the members while they were resting at their dorm, he thinks about going out on a secret date without getting caught. Then the next day, Hee Kyung (Ju Kyung elder sister) went to their dorm and called them out and say some congratulate words to the members after they finished promoting their album and have plenty of good rest before their next comeback. Then shortly after, Hee Kyung wants to have a private talk with Seo Jun and tell him that Ju Kyung was lonely and finding her feet after she broke up with Suho when he left to the States to pursue his studies in music. Seo Jun felt surprise and angry with Suho attitude, but at the same time, on his mind, he hesitates whether he should contact Ju Kyung again after he felt disappointed Ju Kyung didn’t repay back his love. Hee Kyung begs and persuade him to contact her and meet her and make her happy and smile again since they were close friends during Saebom High School days. Seo Jun remained silent and didn’t give Hee Kyung the straight answer. But he will consider once he settles down. Then at night, Seo Jun staring blankly at the balcony alone and one his members asked him whether is he okay? He replied he’s fine with his low soft confused voice. Then his members asked him again, is it the conversation between him and Him Kyung? And he answered yes. Then he told the reason everything in which the rest of the members told him, do what what makes you happy. The past is the past. The members told him, listen to Hee Kyung Noona and contact Ju Kyung again. She concerned with her sister's well-being and she completely put the trust on Seo Jun to make her smile again. Don’t think too much about it. If you really care for her right now, just make her happy. After the assurance and the support from his members, he finally decided to call Ju Kyung again without hesitation.
Then later on, they met and hang out just like the old days before his pre debut days. Like every typical love, romance drama, there will be heart fluttering moments between them. That’s where Ju Kyung finally catches his feeling after she rejected him for Suho. But she didn’t confess to him until he’s the first one to say it. Seo Jun confessed to her and say that he still have feelings for her until today, but because he respects her boundaries and respect his friendship with Suho and he doesn’t want to go over the line back then. He will wait for her decision. Then after the long thought lying down on her bed, Ju Kyung fell in love with Seo Jun character. Then, while she continued lying down on her bed, Seo Jun texted her whether she wants to go out with him secretly since he is an idol now in which she agreed. The following day Seo Jun meet Ju Kyung and told her to “waver for him again” in which Ju Kyung agreed. And from that moment, they went on a secret date and go on into relationship along the way.
The female actress is just there to make a scene with Seo Jun making him uncomfortable. So he told her to back off as he’s currently dating with Ju Kyung just like the webtoon series. She kept pestering him and she makes a bold move to confess to Seo Jun, she likes him too, which Seo Jun was angry and pissed off with her. I think the writer can write more with this storyline.
** Addition: The cute love birds couple between Lim Ju Young and Han Go Woon, to make it spicier, I will add one more male character to make Ju Young jealous when Go Woon so close with her sunbae when finally they entered college together. The storyline will be, her sunbae just a prick dude trying to act nice in front of her to win her heart. His intentions were to mock and manipulate and make fun of her ugliness. And that’s where Ju Young to the rescue and be a true boyfriend material hero. And finally Ju Young won her heart and felt sorry towards him at the end for trusting her sunbae a lot. And both of them managed to get a ‘proper’ comedy date along the way.
The Grapefruit and Strawberry couple after 3 years gone by, Hee Kyung was pregnant after marrying with her husband. This scene can be fun and comical involving the Lim’s family, especially with her parents. They can create good atmosphere for us to smile and laugh about between all the episodes in Season 2.
Then the last two final episodes, Ju Kyung and Seo Jun relationship went haywire after they were caught dating at Han River at night which spread all over the internet. And the netizens and Seo Jun fans spammed malicious comments at Ju Kyung and Seo Jun instagram account. Then that’s where Hee Kyung will play a big role in S2 as she is the PR manager and told Ju Kyung to break up with Seo Jun in which she declined at first. But after a while, the netizens keep spamming her account. And that’s where she decided to follow her sister wish and break up with him just like the webtoon series. So both of them meet each other and Seo Jun didn’t expect she wants to break up with him but eventually she said it. And Seo Jun couldn’t believe it and he cried beside her. He didn’t want to break up with her, he will do anything for her to stick by his side. But Ju Kyung refused and eventually she left the scene and make Seo Jun confused and cried until he reached back to his dorm to collect his thought of what’s going on.
The last episode, they met again secretly and Seo Jun agreed to give her what she wants to restore her life again and he wants to maintain friends with her. And both of them cried and give one last hug with each other. And outta nowhere, Suho appeared after returning back from the States. He was walking alone at the Han river collecting his thought and suddenly he saw Sue Jun and Ju Kyung hugged each other and couldn’t believe with his eyes, they were secretly having a relationship behind his back. But he didn’t know they already broke up, so he turned around to end the episode with a cliffhanger. And that’s where Season 3 will be the ultimate ENDGAME.
If I were to make Season 3 more happening, I will make Ju Kyung don’t fall, either with Suho nor Seo Jun ever again. She doesn’t need both of them to make her shine. All she needs was herself. The True Beauty is within her. She needs to love herself more. Suho and Seo Jun can be her best of friends.

Since they changed the direction towards Suho, let Seo Jun shine even for a while to follow the same way just like the webtoon series but in different angle and storyline. It doesn’t affect much to both Ju Kyung and Seo jun characters. Season 2 is the story of a boy name Han Seo Jun love story journey as an idol. We already know Suho’s complicated life story. It will be boring to shine on him even further and it will make viewers less attracted to the drama.

I liked Lee Su Ho, but for the show, I wished Im Ju Gyeong ended up with Han Seo Jun, he did so much for her, was always a good sport. He even ignored her texts for 2 years and dumped her. I have read in many books and finally I agree with this that really time is a very big issue when it comes to a love triangle..both the persons love the same person but ultimately only one gets the love and the other either has to intentionally sacrifice or is bound to let go just because time supported the first one and deserted the second.. but that doesn't mean that the one who remained rejected loved less or didn't love..its all the matter of time buddy!! But yes it's really really too cruel and unjustified to receive no result after giving up everything!! I really really have become a fan of Seojun man!!! A very positive thing of his was he didn't fight in ugly manner like we can see in other dramas..because he really loved the girl man!! That's why he gave up..yes he tried for sure to win her over..but when he understood that she isn't gonna be HIS..he left peacefully..isn't that how love should be? If we love anybody we will want that person to be happy irrespective of whether it includes me or not in his/her happiness

Although I love Suho as a character, I will always be Team Seojun, not because I'm into the bad boy trope (as a matter of fact, both the emo and bad boy tropes have been overused on me to the fact where I almost hate them), but because they have more of a connection and more of a bond than Suho and Jukyeong could ever have. THOSE two met over messy secrets and they basically screwed with each other's heads until Jukyeong LITERALLY cries about it and makes Suho feel bad during that one scene in the rain that "changes everything" and "makes him think twice". It's okay if it happens in a couple stories, I understand it's a popular trope, but I've just seen it WAY too many times and I could SEE this K-drama had the potential to go against the grain.
But Seojun and Jukyeong? They met under circumstances that were a bit rough, admittedly, but instead of using needless secrets and misunderstandings, they learned to accept one another NATURALLY, without the added baggage of past traumas and desperate facades being brought up far too soon. Even THEN, they found all that out when they knew each other better, which is the right time TO be learning about something that heavy, instead of the moment you meet.
That's how REAL relationships form: learning about each other and deciding whether the pros are what draws you in and whether you can accept the cons that come along with it or not. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, if the emo love interest loses, then it's another blow on his fragile little character and everyone will start throwing hissy fits! (Once again, no hate to Suho, I love him and his character, I just hate the trope he's been subjected to)
In short? The writers made a GRAVE mistake being too afraid to fight the flow a little bit and let the secondary lead steal the show for once.
Am I the only one who like the second lead character than the main one.
