Hi Lisa. I hope you are well and enjoying your stay. Anchovy paste? That's different, not seen it before. I'll have a looksy for it. The sauce looks great and yes fresh garlic and a pinch of sugar would have been better. A splash of sweet sherry or balsamic vinegar glaze would also be good. I love the way anchovy just melds itself into the sauce accentuating the overall flavour. Not even Sherlock Holmes would detect it's there. The calzone looks so yummy. I do like a calzone every now and then. A pizzeria I used to frequent would ladle a thin layer of pizza sauce over the top of the calzone before cooking. This stopped the top from drying out and of course added extra flavour. The ninja WFO did a magnificent job once again. Cheers Lisa 👍🤤😀
I must confess I'm still torn on what Ninja cooking device to get to replace my ageing (and now quite dangerous) Ninja foodi max and a small george foreman type grill. I'm torn between the grill models and the Speedi. The older grill has a much larger capacity, but no temp probe or slow cook function, but has the capacity for a lasagna and can grill The newer grill has nearly half the capacity, but has a temp probe, but no slow cook or room for a lasagna So I think, maybe....maybe I'll go for the speedi, as the only thing it lacks, is the temp probe How are you finding the speedi Lisa? From your videos it looks like it's a good machine
@@abbyralson Ah thanks Abby, I ended up getting the max grill in the end. I use it almost everyday and love it. I bought a cheapy slow cooker for around $25ish incase I fancy slow cooking anything.

“I don’t have all the ingredients”- can’t count how many times I’ve experienced that 😂😂
Hello Lisa. Did you solve or call Ninja in regards to the Woodfire oven not producing smoke?
I was just thinking about a calzone yesterday....would you believe I never had one.
That really looks good. I will be trying to make one…thanks again
