Rotkohl vierteln, Strunk entfernen, unschöne äußere Blätter abbrechen und in feine Streifen schneiden. In einer Schüssel mit Salz und Zucker kräftig verkneten und beiseitestellen. 3. Gurke und Tomate waschen und würfeln. Zwiebel halbieren, schälen und in Streifen schneiden. Eisbergsalat in grobe Streifen schneiden und waschen. Feta mit den Händen zerbröseln. Petersilie waschen, trocken schütteln, Blätter von den Stielen zupfen und hacken. Knoblauch schälen und hacken. Limette halbieren und auspressen. 4. Ofen auf 180 °C (Umluft) vorheizen. Fladenbrot im Ofen ca. 5 Min. knusprig backen. In einer Schüssel Joghurt mit Petersilie und Knoblauch verrühren. Mit Limettensaft, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 5. In einer Pfanne 2 EL Öl auf hoher Stufe erhitzen. Fleisch samt Marinade ca. 2 Min. goldbraun braten. Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und Fleisch kurz ruhen lassen. 6. Fladenbrot vierteln und aufschneiden. Mit Joghurtsauce bestreichen und nach Belieben mit allen Zutaten füllen. Zuletzt nochmals mit etwas Joghurtsauce beträufeln und klassischen Döner servieren. Guten Appetit!
