The term “West Bank” is a modern designation that lacks historical precedent or validity. This region is historically known as Judea, a name deeply rooted in Jewish history and heritage. The name “West Bank” was coined by Jordan following its armed and hostile invasion of the area in 1948 until the end of its occupation in 1967. However, this land has been intrinsically linked to the Jewish people for millennia. Judea is the land from which the Jews (i.e. Judeans) originate, a region where the Judean mountains form the backbone of the landscape. It is the territory historically allotted to the Tribe of Judah, one of the twelve tribes of Israel. The Judeans, or Jews, have lived in this area for many centuries, establishing a rich historical legacy. The cultural significance of Judea to the Jewish people cannot be overstated, making the term “West Bank” a misnomer that overlooks the profound connection between the land and its ancient inhabitants.
See this is why there is less christians not because of Muslims, because of Israel stealing homes and land to change the west bank into judaya and samara

Questions: 1) Why is only 2% of the Israeli population Christian (182k)...when 30% of Lebanon is Christian (2.2 million)? 2) Why is the Westbank Christian community also around 2% when the Muslims are supposed to be the enemy of the Christians? 3) Why was the 2011 Christian community in Syria 10% (1.5 million) under 40 years of Assad dictatorship...and in 2024 there are only 300k left, after the Western supported war in Syria?
1. Because Israel is a Jewish state (the only one in the world) and most Israelis are jews not Christians/Muslims or of any other religion. Christians can live in Israel a normal life and there also some Israeli Christians (not many though) There's almost 16 million jews around the world (very few compared to most other religions) and about 9 million of them live in the only country in the world where they can sort of feel safe. 2. The Christian population used to be higher in the west bank in the past but several reasons like the continuing tensions and wars between the state of Israel and the t3rrorist organizations in the west bank has caused many of them to leave+ between the Arab Muslim population and the Arab Christian population, the Muslim counterpart is increasing their population & "child per family" like.. well.. rabbits, so its not only that the Christian population has decreased, but the Muslim population has increased exponentially. 3.About Syria, since 2011 (and before that already) the Assad regime has been harassing, imprisoning and doing much worse to any who opposed him. Many Christians since then have fled the country or converted to Islam if they couldn't leave so they can stay there and not be prosecuted. I'm sure I don't have to remind you that since 2011 more then Half a million people were killed by the Syrian regime, some of them probably Christians as well. The reason there are so few left (and you can say that about most Islamic countries today) is simply because life in these countries as a Christian or Jew or any other religion that is not Islam is very bad life. I'm sure there's more to add in all 3 questions but that's generally what I think the answers are to these questions.
@@YanM1346 I was born Jewish. God gave me the option prior to entering this world, and instead of deciding I asked God to make the decision for me. At 6, I had only been reading books for less than a year when an angel led me to a book store and the first passage I read when I opened The Bible was Malachi 3:1. After turning 13 and wrapping up the Jewish traditions for males, I decided to study eastern religions. I didn't realize there were also restrictions from the local government. I wonder, though, why we don't hear directly from Christians in the West Bank (Judea, Samaria) in these podcasts?

I choose to take it as a sign of the imminent return of the Messiah to Jerusalem. I believe that the image of the woman in the sky in Rev represents Jerusalem. Many OT scriptures confirm that to me. People discount that interpretation because they think Jesus was not born in Jerusalem, but he was geographically, because Bethlehem lat within the outer boundaries of Jerusalem. Jerusalem alone fits all the details. She stands in opposition to Mystery Babylon, also a city.
Propaganda video! In Arab tradition, it’s disrespectful to be overtly celebratory when there are people dying from your own. So both overt Christian or Islamic holiday celebration is frowned upon. Same for weddings. In Arab tradition you need to ash the family of the dead person if they are neighbours or friends for permission to celebrate a wedding. Both of you go listen to the archbishop’s speech in Bethlehem recently. Bethlehem that’s been an open prison for decades by your government. Look up Bethlehem wall.

Good to see Philos back at work. As a Christian Zionist I was in Israel for over one month volunteering on farms recently five miles from the Lebanon border and also at the massacre site near Gaza and Egypt. I applied at Philos before CoVid but the opening was dropped due to lockdowns. Any openings now?

I’m sure you’ve heard it a thousand times but still, it’s a big deal and so many of those farms still need help 💜
I’m always amazed when I hear of Christians like yourself traveling so far and taking so much time just to help and support
I’ve thought greatly about visiting the site of the massacre myself and was far too overwhelmed at the prospect of going, I think it would’ve hit too close to home 💔

So sad.
If a muslim holy time Ramadam was cancelled there would be protests all over the world.
I fallow a "Palestinian" bishop that tows the islamist party line and it is sickening. His posts are in Arabic and you have to understand the culture to get it (I grew up in Judea and Samaria in the 80's and 90's).
It is sickening. I have verbally tussled with them online. In Aramaic schlama means peace. Schlama, what the Quran lacks.
Are you talking about Munther Isaac?
There seem to be a lot of Christian Palestinians- perhaps even the majority- who blame everything on Israel.
Oof
I think i saw him today old man long gray hair he calls himself a rabbi lives in Gaza with the Arabs he calls them Palestinians. supposedly Jewish but all for Palestine and how they suffered. Sickening.
Praying for my Christian brothers and sisters in 🌟Bethlehem tonight! Peace be with you! 🇸🇪
The IDF should grant every Christian in Judea and Samaria a 1 week Pass to visit Israel during the Christmas period.
Do you even know how many will infiltrate and do teror attacks in the country????
Even if they will, they will have to make more checkpoints and security,
And of course they will post videos of the ifd "abusing" their authority.
I doubt it will work

Neveen Elias, an Aramean Christian in Israel, lives just three miles from Hezbollah positions in Lebanon.
The Jewish state is home to some 185,000 Christians, including around 15,000 Arameans, whose ancestors lived in the Levant before the Arab conquest and were early followers of Jesus. For decades Israel registered them as Arabs over their objection.
Forty-eight Israelis graduated in February from Kinneret, a premilitary program, or mechina, in Kibbutz Beit-Zera, near the Sea of Galilee. They spent seven months undergoing training, lectures and field exercises to prepare for army service. Unlike the country’s dozens of other mechinot, Kinneret’s founder and half of its students are Aramean Christians.
This was really cool to learn honestly - I’m so curious about this Aramark Christian Mechina!

In Israel, where serving in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) is mandatory for all citizens over the age of 18, a person’s army position can set their trajectory for life-some equate it to the difference between choosing a local college and an Ivy League university in America.
Mechinot help recent high-school graduates prepare for their service with opportunities for Jewish study, volunteering, skill-building, and personal development in the interim between ending school and beginning service in the IDF.
Mechinot support youth from Israel’s most disadvantaged communities, including Muslims, Christians, new immigrants, Ethiopians, ultra-Orthodox, Bedouin, and at-risk young women.
These young people are Israel’s best hope for reversing trends of alienation and underachievement in underserved communities.

Wont hear anything about this in the news though. Can't have people know the truth.
Let's start using the proper place names, Judea & Samaria, instead of the West Bank.
Stop calling it the West Bank. The place has an ancient name.... Sumaria and Judea. Stop giving into the Muslim rewrite of history.
You will not hear the pope say anything about this...
"\slamism"? What is it? No one has heard of "Christian-ism" or "Buddhism-ism". So what is this thing called "\slamism". It is just \slam, plain and simple!
Thank you for watching! To learn about the distinction between Islam and Islamism, here is a helpful article by Philos on our website: philosproject.org/the-crucial-difference-between-islam-and-islamism/
@@PhilosProjectYou created a false dichotomy to conceal the 'unpalatable' aspects of \slam and to whitewash the religion into something that is easily acceptable in the western world. But the fact of the matter is that this so called \slamism is simply pure and untarnished \slam as found in the Q-ran and the Hadiths.
Ironically, it is only \slam which needs to be whitewashed in this manner as similar neologisms do not exist for Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism or any other belief system.
It seems like some people are going over board with creating neologisms in order to protect \slam from all criticism.

I'm relieved for those Christians who manage to join Israel, a true beam of light in the surrounding darkness of MENA countries!
Questions:
1) Why is only 2% of the Israeli population Christian (182k)...when 30% of Lebanon is Christian (2.2 million)?
2) Why is the Westbank Christian community also around 2% when the Muslims are supposed to be the enemy of the Christians?
3) Why was the 2011 Christian community in Syria 10% (1.5 million) under 40 years of Assad dictatorship...and in 2024 there are only 300k left, after the Western supported war in Syria?
1. Because Israel is a Jewish state (the only one in the world) and most Israelis are jews not Christians/Muslims or of any other religion.
Christians can live in Israel a normal life and there also some Israeli Christians (not many though)
There's almost 16 million jews around the world (very few compared to most other religions) and about 9 million of them live in the only country in the world where they can sort of feel safe.
By 19 I was an expert at transcendental meditation and I did it using ancient scriptures without a guide or a teacher and never needed a mantra. I refuse to drop my Jewish heritage although The Day mentioned in John 14:20 took place for me about a decade ago. My family is not religious and they don't read Torah nor The Gospel of Christ. I have showed them Proverbs 30:4 but like most Jews, and most people, religion, faith and The Relationship with God not a significant part of their lives although some do follow through with the traditions.
@@YanM1346 I recently published my free book which is a testimony in Christ including my pre-birth exact words from God and my practices with angels. Since that moment my family and friends have been under the most extreme attacks I've ever seen them go through. I pray constantly for them and have not told them why I believe this is taking place.

It's good to get this report. The impression I got from other sources is that the Christians themselves in Bethlehem chose to celebrate Christmas in a more subdued way. I didn't realize there were also restrictions from the local government. I wonder, though, why we don't hear directly from Christians in the West Bank (Judea, Samaria) in these podcasts?
Most of them hate Israel and/or are just too afraid of the Muslim authorities to speak honestly.

At this time no Islam.
Funny how supposedly trad-Catholic creatirs like PaxTube arw silent about all of this. Goes to show how much of a sellout the whoke movement is.
