If you have a good PC, you can make a long road of concrete or Any other material that allows friction to make it smooth. Since this map that you're on does not have a good surface to put your car into the max speed. It can go to cause the bumps and probably pot holes.

as long as you have at least 60 fps you should be fine, scrap mechanic isn't that hard to run

How do you convert real life units to scrap mechanic? What is a metre equivalent to?
apparently they have actually measured the actual dimensions on 1 block and that's how they managed to calculate the estimated speed we get
