Class looks so fun. Think im gonna dump my Scouter and boost a GS. Almost chose Sorc for another ranged alternative but GS just bangs, looks really fun
TLDR It comes down to the attk speed, the difference between the sets is roughly 3% dmg, however if you play nightmare with any swiftness, I'd argue salvation would do more dmg, because the only reason GS's play swift is for the attk speed, the CD reduction doesnt give nearly as much dmg as crit / spec combat stats, and so the theoretical max dmg is nightmare crit spec stats, however thats without taking into count the value of attack speed, with nightmare crit spec you only have attk speed from supports, which makes your abilities very slow, so slow that getting abilities off in windows is far less consistent, and you would end up doing more dmg with salvation because although it does about 3% less dmg you can get off more abilities inside of dmg window's increasing your dmg by far more than 3%, all of the top GS's play salvation set at least for the moment once we get lvl 3 sup buffs and gain that attack speed, some might start swapping but salvation will always be excellent. Personally idk if I will swap atm im thinking I won't but we will have to see later on.
