My Shamanic Journey

Once upon a time, not that long ago, I went on a journey. Well actually, several journeys. And it was this past weekend. If I was to title this part of my life, I would call it The Great Collection of Knowledge. I just can't seem to stop collecting information, studying, and experiencing the qualities of life that are unseen.
In this video, I recount my experience of my very first Shamanic Journey Weekend. Maybe you have no idea what a Shamanic Journey or why someone might want to do this work (and I will tell you that it is work).
A Shamanic Journey not meditation, where you create spaciousness of the body and quiet the mind. Rather, the Shamanic journey is an active adventure of the mind and spirit. Where you can go, is limitless and in fact, is encouraged. The purpose of the journey is to heal hurts and an opportunity to receive guidance, advise, and instruction from your team of Spirit Helpers,. On this weekend, I met my Spirit Helpers of the Three Worlds and the Four Directions. I learned how to travel with them and shapeshift and I even came back with messages and knowledge that I never would have come up on my own.
If you are thinking about doing a Shamanic Journey, I would recommend finding a Shaman with a great deal of experience and who is committed to this kind of work. Check who and where they have studied and what their own practice looks like. Most importantly, choose someone that creates a safe environment and who you trust. I already knew Patty from an interview that I did on past-life regression, so I had already developed a repour with her. As I said earlier, this work can be intense and opens a whole new world(s), so you want to be sure that you receive the support that works for you.
