Unfortunatle, Zola was so busy with responsabilities that she didn't even had time to make the design for bday kd 21, and since that means none of us knew what this year's Crystal could looks like, i simply did her as 2018 Crystal, since that is the design i'm the most familiar with

Yes, i know, but she did not have time to share this year birthday design on time, so she shared exactly on feb 6 (she normally shared the design before this date so that people could make arts and animations before, since animating is hard )

In most of the world, yes, you can drink at 18. But Kittydog is from the united stares, where you can't drink unless you're at least 21 years old

If you're referring to regular drinks, ok, that's fine. But if you're talking about alcoholic drinks... this is kinda concerning
I really don't know where you live in which 10 year olds can drink these things, but it's not healthy as it can easily mess up with your brain and make you do stupid decisions, given that at this age, the person's brain is still developing
That's why a lot of countries have a minimum drinking age of 18
