The way he played when he was younger looked very different, if you watch live videos from the 90's it's completely different (same thing with most of the other members too). I think it just boils down to age and being in the same band for 30 years.

They are just not the same in Germany. Less energy, less power, and that is because of the crowd.. They are more appreciated outside Germany and that reflects on their performances abroad too.. Guys, just tour the world and perform for the audiences that truly appreciate you.
