Yes, unfortunately I couldn’t get a photo of the A330-900 as there were no windows at the gate… I went with something that would look better for a thumbnail

hi how are you. How was there customer service/ Where they strict with the chaecked bag weight/ Was that your duffel bag

I didn’t have to interact with customer service on this flight but generally they have been quite helpful… I’ve never had an issue with bag weight, but there is more detailed information online for you if you need.
