The man is a genius. The brothers Damon, Shawn and Marlon and sister Kim got their start. What's more impressive is Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Lopez all super stars got their big break from him. You can add Carrie Ann Inaba and Tommy Davidson and David Alan Grier too. Its freaking amazing!
