His brother isn’t a vtuber, no! It’s just that talents in Hololive/Holostars can bring family on stream if they follow proper guidelines (like not showing their face or skin etc), and Hakkitos made PNGs for him when Hakka announced this stream was gonna happen, that way he would have some sort of representation on screen (of course people made his PNG based on Hakka’s model design!)
This also happens often with Bettel and his twin brother Twobert!
