Is citrus frost or cold sensitive?
The cold/frost category much easier than "hardy to"
Also any dormant plant such fig no water right ?

most citrus will handle high teens no problem. Problem starts when ground freezes. In my area theyre frost sensitive. And correct for plants that go into dormancy
