- Amy Rose song!! This is one of the most fun songs I’ve created so far this year. I really hope you enjoy it and leave a like and comment! I’ve been really into the Sonic franchise lately, so I had to do a character song haha!

This is so, so much better than My Sweet Passion. Instead of a song that’s way too suggestive for a 12 year old girl, this song is upbeat and energetic, focusing on Amy’s positive traits, the things that make her a great character, while still touching on the fact that she’s still in love with Sonic.

According to a recent leak, Sonic the Hedgehog has secretly been in love with Amy Rose for years now, possibly ever since their first encounter.
However, since he has always been too shy to confess his feelings for her, he has always held back, never saying a word to her.

You definitely did do her justice! I'm just happy to know there are fans out there who KNOW that they're are multiple layers to Amy! 🥺 (Much like quite a few of the Sonic cast) It just pisses me off when I see an overwhelming amount of hate for her, especially my favorite versions of the character (like her in Sonic X or SA1) Like, sooo many people see nothing but a crazy and obsessed fangirl who just gets in the way and is "no fun to play" the rare moments she's actually playable :( I just get so happy when I see others not only like Amy, but actually understand her character, haha xD
And coming back to this song a month later, it's even more saddening to me, after Sonic Frontiers Update 3 (The Final Horizon) bc I just.. don't feel that the same Amy I know and love in that game- it's like they stripped her personality and made her obsessed with her cards all of a sudden lmao- I mean, don't get me wrong, I love playing as her and she's a lot of fun, but her character feels very boring and bland now... not to mention she had the least important thing to do out of the trio- But the worst part to me, is that her HAMMER IS BARELY PART OF HER MOVESET! I find it so ironic that this song is called "Hammer" and mentions/shows it a lot, and this weapon has ALWAYS been a HUGE part of her character and her whole way of attacking and abilities and then in the latest game, where she's finally playable for the first time SINCE 2006, barely utilize her hammer in any way, which isn't even her BASIC ATTACK.
Ahhh, I'm sorry for going on a whole rant! I just feel very strongly about how they're treating Amy, and this song represents the Amy Rose I want to come back- feisty, fierce, bossy, a little crazy, yet so caring and emotional and still in love with Sonic, but not letting that be her only character trait! (Which, it never was but the haters like to think so) This song needs to be her theme in Frontiers! XD (I'll play it in the background next time I play as her!! 💞)

Don't get me wrong, My Sweet Passion is definitely a bop but I never felt like it described Amy too well- it's actually kinda creepy in some parts, especially the whispering ToT I consider Follow Me as Amy's song (even tho it's technically Team Rose- but let's be honest, it's Amy's song, lol) and I love that for her, but that song just describes her love for Sonic, while this fanmade song represents all the amazing parts of Amy Rose! 💖🌹
