Not to put down your skills as a dev, I'm looking forward to your game, but community management is where you really shine. It's an extremely rare skill and your absence is felt in the satisfactory community. I'm glad you're back at it.
I agree. Jace made me so hyped for Satisfactory and I legitimately watched every video he put out because it was fun. It's also nice to see people do what they love, not just what they're probably the best ever at.
Is Satisfactory a great game worthy of praise? Yeah absolutely with or without Jace. Did he make it infinitely more amazing? Yeah, it coulda been a shit game and still would have been fire with Jace.
It's rare someone has this kind of insight into user behaviors and ease of use. I'm excited. Best wishes in this game. I'll for sure be playing it!

Went to Steam and Bookmarked (aka Wishlisted) Among the Wild for later Research, but i'm liking the looks of it in my initial skim of it.
I really like Indie Developer's mutual support and acting like a Community 100x more than the typical AAA attitude competing and fighting with opponent/rival Game Companies like they think Game Deving should be more serious than being a Fighter in a Mortal Kombat Tournament.
Now after saying that last thing, i'm probably gonna now sound like a Hypocrite when I say that now that ya are Community Manager for a different Team then Coffee Stain Studios, this might be an opportunity to be able to stay bonded with Snutt via ya two trying out becoming whatever the hell ya'd call the Community Managing equivalent of PvP Opponents. :P
I have a Online Pal I like to fight against AND with and we can find both fun. For example we're enjoying Co-op Playing the recently fixed Battlefield 5 experience as Squadmates and a MP Minecraft Server that's just for us two and 2 other pals who hop on to chill and relax from time to time, yet simultaneously we can enjoy beating the crap outta each other on Pokémon Showdown and we have an extra special bond on Hunt: Showdown... we Trio together with another close Online Friend in Live Hunting, but this other pal often needs more time to get done with their RL stuff to do than us two so we've found it fun to use the awesome implemented Practice Range to "Skullbash"... aka we choose Hunters we built just for this and when it starts I give him a minute to go to a alternate starting position and we both take any Buff Items we want in the process, then when we're both ready, we go at each other VS Match-style. This is fun and also serves the dual purpose of warming ourselves up to try to be less embarrassing at our Aim and Reflexes, and fun away the time we're spending waiting on Teammate 3 to arrive for our full Trio. Ya and Snutt seem like ya have that great a Firendship... food for thought? (Assuming ya were actually able to stand my Ranting and Raving long enough to actually read this whole Comment? :P )

You asked a question, yes, and so those videos should help. But your question was based on some kind of assumption/conclusion that I left due to my role as a community manager? And thus taking another community manager role would mean I regret leaving the previous one? Or something?
This is the part I don’t understand, and it makes it hard to answer the question. Feel free to clarify if you wish, but hopefully the videos help.
