    An integral part of losing weight that isn't often discussed is getting enough sleep, 8-9 hours is recommended for females, also getting enough fibre and protein in your diet as to reduces your desire to snack and keeps you full for longer. As for excerise doing 10k steps a day is a good amount to start with . Hope this helps, xxx
