They crawl into walls before winter to hibernate, and then when it first begins to get warm out again they crawl out looking for a way back outside. They still aren’t completely awake and are in a sort of zombie like state, which is why they are so bad at actually getting out and kinda lazily fly around and hit walls and stuff like a helicopter with a broken propeller
Also my townhouse is wall to wall with my neighbors, my room is really clean, but the bugs that hibernate are one thing, bugs from the other house scouting into my house is another. Also it probably was "planted" on top of that specific figurine but probably found in the house.
