Luckily I have a partner I love and trust now but it caused issues in my life for years. I also get c-sections to avoid issues. :) you're not alone and thanks for making me feel less alone too!

I am making a gentle suggestion, as maybe no one has talked to you about it, but if you want 4 kids I would highly recommend you seek a vbac for this birth rather than csection. The surgeries take a toll on your body, leaving scar tissue, and can effect future pregnancy options. Find a doula who can help educate you on all options and the effects of each.
