That depends on your interest, if you're really interested in Mathematics and coding, you will really enjoy your time here, and if it's about placements, you know how good IIT Patna is..
You can check the fee details on websites such as college pravesh.. And IIT Patna is easily accessible from Patna Junction, you can either take train to Bihta Station (where IIT Patna is situated) or there are regular buses from Gandhi Maidan to IIT... College buses are also available that will take you from Patna to IIT.

2022 tak MnC BS degree tha but is year se BTech me convert ho gaya hai.
Are hostel allotted to MTech students?
Yes they are alloted hostels just like Btech and PhD students
