The pills out of their packaging, the syringe filled and ready to use and maybe a slightly sweet drink like syrup with water or a diluted fruit juice because it prevents tops of hearts and the risk of spitting out the medication !! @Review-time1 this is not necessarily true. Although it is okay to bring up a scored, immediate release medication, some you must give whole. Especially extended release medication. Be very careful with how you give the medication. Follow the directions you vet gives you. Crushing up the wrong medication could have bad results.
At 27, JK is a little old now !! The average age of a Macaque in Nature when conditions are good is 30 years but in captivity 35 or even 38 years is possible !! Shakina keep him active by soliciting him, Shaki grooms him and Jamil takes good care of him so even if he has small drops in strength, he still has good years ahead of him !!
Was Adik put in any amount of quarantine time before being introduced to the other monkeys? Could Adik have passed something on to JK? Honest question. ❤

It was at about the 8:10 - 8:50 mark the pills looked like they came back up with the broccoli or vegetables that Jamil was feeding jk. Poor, Poor jk Jamil might wanna try putting jk pills inside a chunk of ground beef, chicken, or maybe even a ball of ground up pork.
You know it is hard on Jamil to make JK gag while taking these meds but is only way to be sure like he said in description & definitely necessary due to JK’s health situation. Pls try to be understanding of this.

You have 3 extremely well behaved adult Macaques and thats a rarity. I am sure it is the same as having 3 toddlers running around your home. You are wonderful and i can see how much they love snd adore you.
Back with Jamil was still in Kuala Lumpur and rescuing cats, he saw a baby macaque being kept in a florist shop. He tried to get them to give it up, but to no avail. Some time later, he discovered that the florist had gone out of business and closed. Shortly thereafter, Jamil was driving down a busy highway in Kuala Lumpur and saw that monkey from the florist shop sitting on the highway median. So he stopped and took it in. That was JK, and Jamil decided that if he was going to keep this monkey, it would be for life. When Jamil learned that macaques needed the company of their own kind, he got Shaki. Shakina was found with her deceased mother, who had been hit by a car. Someone (either a vet or someone at Malaysian Wildlife or at a University) recommended that Jamil adopt a baby to help Shaki. (Longer story behind that, but I'm skipping it to keep this short.) BTW: Malaysian law states that you can only keep pigtail macaques (not any other kind), and even then only with the proper permits and regular inspections of their living conditions. Plus, the law requires that male macaques be kept on a leash attached to a neck collar 24/7, while females must be on a leash attached to the waist, though I think they can be let off of the leash when in an enclosure.
I thought I heard in another video where you said JK has diabetes? If that is true, you really should not give him any starchy foods. No sweets like ice cream. You should give fresh fruits & no canned fruit unless it has no added sugar like heavy syrup.
The king will go on he was well loved he has the mission you began do not let go. What you and JK Skaki and Shakina began do not let go it's his mission to help you not forget where you and them came from. lol Life keeps going so does his memory embrace it🎉😂 The journey does not end there.

Why does he have a collar and leash on? Are you worried he might run away or is he aggressive? They shouldn't have that on them!!
Where he lives it's the law to have them on a leash even indoors
