Love to see history in the hands of those who appreciate it; glad it’s being worked on. Great video, great explore. Thanks for all you do to document and preserve history. Cheers!
I did some work in the Ash radar station in Sandwich, Kent. An absolutely huge place it was shut just as it was being commissioned. Now it`s a secure data storage centre
Sprzet radarowy z antenami byl na zewnatrz bunkra, musza byc krotkie i grube kable wiec anteny sa tuz przy elektronice. W srodku widac duzo cienkich kabli koncentrycznych i wtyki typu PL wiec tam byly radiostacje KF (Short Wave) prawdopodobnie do lacznosci z samolotami. Wentylatory byly do tych radiostacji, wtedy uzywano lamp i moce byly duze wiec wentylatory musialy byc tez duze. Sala rozpoznania nazywana jest Planszet. Bardzo podobne obiekty sa w calej europie czy zachodniej czy wschodniej. Szkoda ze obiekt jest juz nie kompletny.

Them fragments were part of a Belfast sink I think. They made millions of them 44/45. My 70s built house has them, same date and make.

The bunker is looked after by a bunch of volunteers they have been repairing and looking after the site stopping it flooding again and that .
Is there a work crew working in the bunker,
Yeah it’s looked after by a team of volunteers
We should really do a collaboration I think it will boost our views massively.
What’s with the sounds of grinders during your visit?….are you saving stuff for the owners?

How long would it take to fit these rooms and also empty them.

Wow what a nice location. It’s a shame the idiots have broken real history in there. Nicely documented.
