I’m old enough to be your caucasian/Italian mother. I found your channel in 2020 and never stopped watching. My favorite parts of your channel is the shopping a d makeovers. Love the cleaning too. I still enjoy it all. I said once yours is the only TH-camrs house I would eat at because I know it’s seriously clean.
Short story long.
I have 4 sons, divorced their Dad, my own Dad passed suddenly and unexpectedly. My Mom moved in with me and my boys. I went back to college for 2 years with her help watching the boys. I thought about another relationship a few times but, I decided I LOVED being single and free!! The freedom was like an adrenaline rush.
For myself at least, my ex sucked the oxygen out of the room. It felt like the whole world was lighter and brighter. My Sons don’t speak to their father much anymore. Like you, the influence came from me and my Mom. They all grew up treating women with the utmost respect as a result. They strived to be nothing like their father. I’m so proud to say all 4 achieved that goal. And thankfully they treat me like a queen. I’m still their everything, as they are mine.
You’re a phenomenal mother and will reap the rewards forever. Bless your heart kid

When it comes to your basement, you don't have to do it all at once. You can do it in stages. Waterproof one year, drywall the next... and so on and so on. I'm 67 yrs. and when my husband passed, it was very challenging at times. I remodeled my basemen. I added a fireplace, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and family room. I even updated my heating and air conditioning system. Over a period of years. I just chipped at it. 😊❤

Good morning Shyvonne, I can relate to what you are going through. I was married for ten years, in my first marriage, and he left me and my kids on Christmas Eve, of all of the days of the year. He then, proceeded to give my kids dollar tree items for Christmas. He left me for a younger woman and they divorced, and she did a lot to him, just Karma. Keep your head up and keep pushing. Good morning! Don't sweat a lot of stuff. You're experiencing what the rest of us are, it's called life!😊 A few things: you talked about the one mirror in the dining room that's dirtier than the others. Could be because it's over the fridge and the motor contributes to it. If there's always a ring in the toilet downstairs, you may not need another toilet but if it's not being used then it could be standing water. I work part-time as a cleaner and I have to get rid of rings in the toilets that aren't used often. Hope this helps. ❤

I hear you. I’ve been divorced for 13 years & I still have times where I still get really upset or down about it. Because we have kids. So the times I still get upset are when I think about my kids growing up in a single parent household or when I’m always having to do everything by myself all the time without the father’s help & he can just come & go as he pleases. Times like that. It’s been 13 years. These things shouldn’t still bother me, but on those hard days I can’t help it.

I used to have an undercut. I taught myself how to keep it cut. My hair was growing so fast and I hated going to the barbershop. It's not that hard just mark off your cut line with a white eyeliner and go for it. My barbasol clippers came from Ross with the guides you can't mess it up.

Still sometimes I feel anger alone with feeling grateful. This is 20 years after. But I have more good days than bad. I am happy and thieving. Praying again for God to bless me again in marriage with who he bless me with. Thank goodness no children was involved in this situation. Long story there. I love the freedom to do whatever I want.
