In a funny situation, he pressed one of those buttons and a short videoclip was triggered. He basically used memes befoere they were a thing. So now, instead of having to include every clip into to every scene, you can just use this and include them once. Also great for changing them!

Awesome feature thank you again. There is one issue I have noticed to this Downstream Keyer, there is a bug that conflicts with Soundboard Dock. When a second tab is used in Downstream Keyer it will stop the Soundboard working, ie. Soundboard will ONLY work when 1 Tab is utilised in Downstream Keyer, probably a conflict in the coding.
Downstreamkeyer uses output channel 7 and up by default and Soundboard is fixed to channel 8. You can change the default start channel of downstreamkeyer in the json of the scene collection if you search for downstream_keyers_channel, it should be 7 by default, when used with soundboard set it to 9 or higher.

I have been trying to figure out how I can stream my video game with my facecam, but in my recording only record the gameplay. I don’t want to record the facecam at all. Is there any videos that you have that could help?
Hi. Your tutorial would be seamless if you flip your own camera feed left to right. Currently you are looking away from the action. This way the viewer would follow where you are looking at. Either that or put your monitor to the right of camera. ;-)
Why install something when a properly built set of nested scenes does that and more? Most professional broadcast studios use a single source and then incorporate that into everything else (hence nested). So naming your scenes : SOURCE, COMPOSITE, LIVE, etc and you are good to go and in mere clicks you can build an entire new scene or setup in seconds.
DSK features are long overdue, I've had to cheat it on more than one occasion using copies of scenes with duplicated assets animated with custom transitions and even pre-animated RGBA videos which is a mighty pain to prepare and totally inflexible. What would make this DSK plugin a lot better was if you could preview before taking, if you could apply a scene transition just to the DSK element (pretty fundamental for animating name thirds or graphics) and if you were able to click the item again to take it out, instead of having to mouse down to the tiny DSK pause button. I know it's probably a limitation of the OBS plugin API but I hope the author finds a better way of implementing this. Perhaps a custom keybind might be a good interim solution, or a button by the scene transition controls in Studio mode.
Your videos should have more views (!!!). This will definitely be the thing I tinker with next OBS learning session. Priceless content for noob content creators [like me]! Thank you! P.S. Wouldn't mind more personal videos from you, as well... like the one about the time you got cancelled. Your story there was truly captivating; I was glued throughout :)

im looking to see if you have a way to get chat on my screen or a chat recorder when i stream, i see it in your video here but i dont see the video, id like to have chat with no background on screen

I followed the instructions, tried installing this multiple times, and it will not show up in my dock list. Do I need an older version with ver. 27, since apparently 28 isn't good or something yet?

StreamDeck can activate sources, but I am not sure how it interacts with this plugin yet.

Can you combine Dowstream Keyer with Advanced Scene Switcher?
They can both be in obs at the same time.
