Thank you sa ganitong content....... Awesome.....

Marami mali sa constrution dto sa pinas:
    2. Implementation ng city/municipal zoning and planning. No uniformity.
    3. Lack/no city sewage system kaya mabaho at marumi mga ilog natin.
    4. Lack of skills, knowledge, trainings, not certifified ay gumagawa n ng bahay, kaya di maayos pagkagawa at substandard.

[DP] Adding to this is the issue of safety wherein most housing-related construction do not cordon-off properly with the GI-based wall/gate, leading to accidents.
Plus, construction materials must be stored inside wherein most of construction materials are obstructing the sidewalk, bike lane, and drainage, leading to littering citation and other flood damages.

its good to know that you are giving much info to our local plumbers how to plumb properly and not create polution. problem we have there is lack of information. i am a registered mechanical engineer there in philippines and a practicing mechanical engineer here in uk doing compliance for MEP services. if its combine sewage this must be tap from a drainage connected to water treatment plant with drainage interceptors, for surface water only, it must have a interceptor and the outfall is going to the river. this requires environmental permit. if there is no public connection going to the treatment plant for the septic tank this is connected to the fieldrain which what you show. some surface water are also connected to a soak away. this is the reason why our philippine rivers are poluted because of ignorance.

Very informative CE-kabaro. However, responsibility dapat ng isang Munisipyo or City na magprovide ng centralized Sanitary Treatment Facility sa nasasakopan as part of City/Urban or Community Planning para maka-connect sila dito for septic tank discharge. Dito dapat pumupunta mga Tax ng community. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. More power to your channel!

I agree on your first video, to put perforated pipes, but in my construction experience, that would only work for a sandy or loose type of soil, but it won't work in long term on a loamy/clayish type of soils. With all the grime and sludge it would just clogged the perforated pipe in just few months of use.

Additional point outs lang if I may:
1.) Baffle should be open vented as per code, hindi dapat extended yung pipe pataas sa clean out.
2.) "Leaching Chamber" is yung open bottom chamber kung saan doon mag leach yung black water. The proper term is Secondary/Tertiary Chamber.
3.) There are restrictions to the on site waste water treatment/Seepage pit, Generally : Lot area if there is no space for it and soil type/condition on site.

In a very ideal setting, the soil absorption field is what is required. Unfortunately you cannot do that in a 10m x 10m (100sqM) lot or even a 250sqM lot... It can be done in the farm, but not in the city or subdivisions. It's the subdivision management and the government negligence is at fault here, they should have constructed a separate storm drainage and sanitary sewers connected to a waste treatment plant....

Ah sir siguro sa mga buildings or high rise pwede o dapat lagyan ng sewage filter pagkalabas from leaching chamber, pero sa mga subdivisions or house construction diretso ang pipe from leaching to drainage pipe or imbornal. No need for filter dahil nakadesign ang mga drainage pipe to catch waste from every household.

It is true that the efluent must not be tapped towards the public storm drainage system. It should be tapped towards the public sewer system. In the absence of public sewer system, do not attempt to tap your effluent elsewhere. Septic drainfields are no longer encouraged unless you have full monitoring of your GES or the General Effluent Standards setforth by the DENR. The GES should comply the tolerance before discharging towards the septic drainfields. Otherwise, water tables might be contaminated in the process resulting to adverse health conditions of the persons within the certain radius of contamination. Have your sludge be siphoned by an authorized waste water collector by the DENR like your local water service provider in the absence of public sewage collection system.

Of course they need to submit a blue print pero kung negligent ang kinauukulan at hindi na mag-iinspect, magkakasakit na lang tayo at masisira ang kapaligiran. Dapat specified ang depth the filter rock under perforated 4" pipes. Also specified that above the perforated pipes, geotextile should be on the top to gilter the dirt or small particles that may seep down to filter rock and clog them. The space between filter rock must be maintain to allow the gray water to pass. The area or size of leaching gield or you called "private treatnent system" must be compute based on the the natural absorbtion rate of the underneath soil in inches per hour. If the leaching field is too small for the daily waste water discharge of the facility or structure, it will not work and end up over-flowing the septic tank.

The building roof collects rain water that flushes their toilets.
Tapos diretso sa septic tank. Tatlo o apat na division ang tank.
Main, secondary 1 and secondary 2. Tapos dun sa last tank merong Water Lily sa ibabaw harvesting the leaves for the cow to eat.
Yung ugat ng Water Lily cleans and purifies the water. Naglagay rin sila ng Tilapia to eat the algae.
