My 8 month old Rottweiler has been playing with the Virtually Indestructible ball for about 3months… He loves it. He goes straight for it as soon as we go in the backyard. He’s become an expert herder.
We have one of these harder plastic balls for our 2 German Shepherds. They both love running round the garden dribbling it but the problem is the hard plastic causes their paws to bleed and develop sores. We still let them both play with it but is has to be in short bursts and rarely, which is sad because they enjoy it so much. Just bought the Jolly Soccer Ball so hopefully that will help.
I wonder if the little "drain hole" could be an air valve on the Virtually Indestructible ball. Maybe able to pump up the ball with air using one of those ball pumps. Thanks for the review 👍🏼

Hi can you provide a link to the almost 3 lb jolly ball. I've looked at several and they all seem to have a handle on them and seem to be pretty soft yours seems pretty strutty and I would like to purchase one just like this if you are able to provide a link I definitely appreciate it thanks.
Sorry for the delay. If you search Amazon for jolly ball herding ball you should find it. You may want to fill the plug with epoxy or similar. I have a video showing you how. Depends on your dog. Good luck
