Thanks for showing the beauty of Baltimore. Too many people on TH-cam are trying to tear the city down. We've come a long way and we admitted have more work to do but we have a great destination city for those who wish to visit.

Yes indeed I was born and raised here and I noticed it too there are so many negative comments about my hometown. Some act as if it's the absolute worst place to live.
Beautiful city, went there in2000. Beautiful Inner Harbor. Great ships, great places to enjoy, places to eat. Especially the Hard Rock Cafe, the memoriabia, especially Baltimore 's own Joan Jett. Makes my heart want to cry for more.
I’m going to Baltimore in July for an Orioles game. Never stopped in before but have driven through. Everyone has given me warnings saying the whole city is really bad and unsafe but in this video it doesn’t look bad at al it actually looks like a really nice place so I feel a bit relieved. I’m also going to the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum and my dad wants to see the Edgar Allan Poe House and Museum so going to do that. Thanks for the great tour.
It's safe around the inner harbor area and game days. We have taking train to games in past with never having an issue. They are starting to revamp the area so it will keep getting better. Have a great time. 👍👍
@@AlongForTheJourney yeah but on the sad side I’m not planing on staying here that long after I Graduate School and college I’m leaving out of here To New York to live in a better environment.

Hi, Is it safe to visit the Edgar Allan Poe House and Gravesite? I am traveling to Baltimore for a work trip and am solo (and a female). I planned to Uber from my hotel which is in the Inner Harbor. Thanks!
That always depends who you ask. Lol... if you uber there you will be just fine. Walking there would be a little different as a single person. Groups are better but been through there many times and ok in day time. Have a great trip👍👍
Baltimore city use to be a triple gem but it went to hell cause of west Baltimore from two pac to Freddy gray all of Baltimore county and city is like Newark NJ I'm really sorry that's happened to such a wonderful seaport max from Calvert county MD
Stay tuned its not that bad. I need to go down to do an update video here soon. There is a major revitalization project being started and hopefully it turns out like the old inner harbor we all loved. 👍👍
There's alot to do.... there is a great restaurant by the harbor fogadecho. I have a video on it is an experience but pricey. Have a great cruise have many videos on cruising. Thanks for commenting and subscribing. 👍👍❤️❤️🛳🛳
@@AlongForTheJourney My son just visited the inner harbor and ate at Phillips. Seriously, we just are not big fans of the chain restaurants. Your video was very high quality, great presentation. Would love to visit but live in Spokane Washington so don't know. Love crab cakes and Old Bay. If I ate the cheesecake I would need to take a nap. take care
Why Is that... Been there many times different times of the year and the harbor area Is safe.. don't want to venture deep in the city at night but this video about inner harbor and beautiful area... they are starting to bring back the old inner harbor if you read through some of the comments.

@@AlongForTheJourney They just secured funding for a major renovation of Harbor Place. So that WILL be happening in the coming years.
