I had to dip early, but I gotta say, loved this half ep. Glad you enjoyed this half of ep 61 because yeah it is really entertaining, haha. Had a lot of fun interactions between the characters and the enviornment. With the reveal of the barrier and Ukurat's admonishment hinting that the barrier is preventing things from leaving the Moonbrush, it makes a lot more sense why the question "Why haven't you left already if those pixies are so crappy" couldn't work for the werewolves - they were trapped. When I first was watching this, that was the question that came to the forefront of my mind and I thought it was odd VM didn't quite ask that question to the werewolves themselves, so the reveal of a magic prison made me go "oh. the werewolves make a lot more sense now".
I disagree with the comments about “taking the piss” when it comes to the encounter with the werewolves. The characters are invested and looking for another solution, so it doesn’t really seem to apply in this case. To me, there’s a big difference between making a bunch of Dracula jokes while fighting strad and asking “hey, can we find a peaceful resolution to this conflict?” I agree with your points in general, but I don’t think they apply here at all.
For your talking budget are you taking into account your pre episode talking? Because it seems like from what you said your calculations are based on the episode and while in there they seem on track but get blown by the initial huge talk in the beginning
What if you started the calculations when you started the episode, instead of the start of the stream? Is it based on when you start the stream or could you manually stop/start it while in steam
In my head I had sort of just been writing off those sections, but now that I am so explicitly basing the time on the length of the ep that's fair. I actually realized after the last stream that I don't account for breaks in any way, which is also just sort of inherently flawed. Adding on some time for those in the calculation would definitely help it's accuracy

@@lark23 true, but part of the point of the talking budget is to preserve his voice, which of course the hour+ of intro very much counts towards
@@sputnik90 fair, I was throwing out ideas another could be adding a flat rate to account for the time
