LOL••• I don't even know where to start at the 40 mile per hour winds. Or the steps she didn't climb until last Harvest. This is the reason why I love this channel so much to learn and just think we have not even scratched the surface yet. It's what Kate teaches is what makes this channel so special she's with her dad who helps her out.🤣😊😜
Hi Kate, I'm glad it,s not windy in Montana. I'm watching your sleeping giant video right now. I love all your video,s. You just got out of the big John deere. Now your dad is getting out. I can see that it would not be a.good hair day in all that wind. Tell your dad I said hi. The guy from Kentucky. OK. Well Kate spring is getting alot closet and I can't hardly wait. We'll pretty little lady I'll talk to you later. Bye
so I guess I received my answer from last time,, yes it is windy in Montana. looks pretty dreadful. Hang on to your Dad. we can not have another Dorothy flying through the skies. thanks again for the video.
Another really great video. Blown away by it but not as much as you were blown away!!!. Not sure if its Kate with her Dad or Dad with Kate. He is a show stealer for sure. You did cut him off at 10:46 or thereabouts. Keep it up. Need to restore the old pickup. They are valuable and make great group photo locations as well. Make American Grain Again.
Hello Kate from Kentucky thanks for the terror love the farm equipment love what you do you do a great job enjoy watching your videos and can't wait for the next video
Thank you for another great video. You are an amazing young lady. I bet your dad is so proud of you! You might try putting some lead fishing weights in your pockets to help keep your feet on the ground in that wind.
Wow that’s some awesome equipment Kate and your right it’s takes a lot of equipment to run a farm it’s nice you have your own combine I think that is so cool and again keep up on your flying Kate that’s important as well and thanks for the beautiful gorgeous scenery Montana is so very very beautiful your blessed to be living where you do amazing ok Kate thank you again for the lovely tour great job be safe take care god bless
You amaze me Kate to be doing the machinery tour in that wind. It does take a lot of machinery to farm and that iron is not cheap. Keep up the good work.
I remember the wind in Montana when I was there. Like wide open spaces. 9610 good combine. Maintenance keep everything running excellent. Like farm machinery’s. Fertilizer in row save on amount put to acre. Here we broadcast fertilizer. John Deere air seeders have grain hopper behind tractor. Planter units behind it. Not as big as yours. Automatic in semi way to go. Like learning from you.
Hello Kate, you are a huge John Deere fan, as I have already noticed. The huge machines are very interesting. If they are in action, it will be even more interesting. The old pickup trucks would be interesting for people who restore such old vehicles. I think if one of these people has seen your video, he'll get in touch. We got a lot of snow in the last few days. However, the thaw started yesterday. But there should be snow again at the weekend. I'll send you a few pictures on Facebook or another portal. Thank you for the tour and don't let the wind blow you away! Above all, stay healthy, you and your family!
Too much wind for me! We'll get canyon winds, especially as the weather changes, and they'll jump up to speeds like yours, but not nearly as often. Give your dad a big hug for taking the time to help with your videos. Y'all are awesome!
Hello Kate, interesting it all sits outside. I guess it must be pretty dry? No rust on your combine head. Of course you must repair the 7520, are you kidding? That's one of my favorite John Deere tractors. You sure have some cool stuff! That old Chevy, well both the old Chevys are classics. I thought the wind was going to blow you two over, how you got away with flying the drone I'll never know. You know, you still have rabbits coming out of that ol' hat...... Love your videos, best regards from Indiana.
LOL!! Thank you for your kindness. It is super dry here so we don't have much rust. Dad will get the 7520 going. That is what Dad does in the winter. I almost did blow away and I only saw a little fluffy caterpillar but no rabbits!! LOL I appreciate your encouragement.
Another great video Kate...very enjoyable. I love those big sky views! Don't have much of that here in Maine...too many trees!! Keep up the great work!
Kate I am not sure but when I had john Deere tractors the transmission filler pipe has a filter built into the cap. If you don't take off and wash it every other day. It gets stopped up with dirt. Because of where it is located on the back of the tractor it gets full of dirt and it will cause the motor oil seal in the motor to blow and you will be getting motor oil in your transmission. I had to put my tractors in the shop to get the motor oil seal fixed. But if you will clean the transmission cap clean every other day then you want have to pay for the motor oil seal to be replaced. Just a little something extra that might help you from paying for that problem down the road . from Budd R Hicks in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
I prefer old/vintage equipment/machinery----much more simple. I hope you get your old equipment and Truck back to working on the farm. Thanks for the equipment tour
Kate. Another enjoyable video. Love the equipment tour, especially all the Deere equipment since I work has a mechanic at a Deere dealer. Tell your Dad you definitely want to fix the 7520 . They are great tractors. I think if your going to do more videos in the wind we are going to have to get you a anchor so you don’t blow away Lol. Look forward to next Wednesday. 🙂
LOL!! Thank you for your great tractor suggestion and hilarious comment and kind words. I think you might be right about the anchor. I will be sure to tell my dad.
I thought maybe were going open up with I’m going to get blown away lol. Only time the wind stopped when I worked there was when u closed the door. Nice video
LOL!! Yes when you close the door the wind stops, but you sure can still hear it! I get blown all over the place because I don't weigh enough! Thank you for your hilarious and kind comment.
@@KatesAg oh I got blown around to. And people wonder how tumble weed gets started lol. Old man I worked with said every tumble weed was a lost cowboy. Have a great day and I’m really glad your father is in with you. Oh I worked around the Havre area.
Hey Kate. Nice video but the wind isn't necessarily as nice. I should know...I'm from eastern Montana. We don't have a wind sock to figure out what direction and how fast the wind is blowing. We use a BIG log chain and weld it to a BIG pole!! Thanks for your videos Kate... keep 'em coming! Take care and be safe.
Hi Kate and Kate’s dad. Great job explaining all the equipment especially working through the wind noise. Are you guys going to restore that old Chevy truck. Obviously it’s expensive but it would really be nice to see and keep around for years to come. Not to mention the value of that truck restored.
When you call the 9610 a pretty old combine I have to laugh. I ran a JD 6600 and a JD 7700 w/rear wheel assist when they were new. Probably the first 2 combines of that size in Maine.
Miss Kate why do you use such a large tractor to pull a grain cart. That tractor we would use for deep tillage. Also where have you been.I have been checking every Thea days to see if you had a new video. I have a lot of different farmers I watch.God bless and have a great day.
Thank you for your great questions and kindness! We use that tractor because we have it and it pulls a good amount of weight. I post a video every Wednesday. I'm so glad you watch my channel too!! Thank you again.
Nice video Kate. It was nice to see some of the farm equipment you are working with. But I do have a question about the breeze. Do you have to wear weighed boots so you do fly away when it starts to gusts? Any ways have a good time with that one. thanks for the video Kate, see you next week.
