+newromantic999 I plan to come back later in the year. Never in summer though.( Too hot) Maybe another train trip from Beijing to Urumqi and return to Shanghai. I have covered a lot of China. Shanghai, Beijing, Urumqi, Harbin, Qiqihar, Qinhuangdao, Dalian, Wuxi, Xian ( Terracotta Warriors) , Datong ( Hanging Monastery), Xitang. ... Regards....PeterG.
+newromantic999 . I used to live in Japan from 1993 ~~ end August 1997. Have been to Suzuka about 26 times :-). Great circuit. Have covered lots of Japan as well. The area over near Toyama is really nice. Shira Kawa-Go , Tateyama, etc. Have been as far south as Oita ( in Kyushu) and up to Sapporo in Hokkaido.
