    As you told just know I did only one exercise among many which you showed, that is Raising the Hands up & Down very fastly just 40 times, I've felt Incredible Oxygen and Strength in my Lungs, Breathing is too much improved.. Thanks Sir, it's like life saving if we do regularly..

    Sir thanks for your demonstration I am doing this past 15 days before starting the exercise my saturation is 88 after this exercises my saturation shows 94 to 97 sir
