The Universe wants us to acknowledge that we're valuable enough to enjoy life.
We believe that in order to enjoy life we have to compensate for unconscious programming that reinforces self-worth/self-doubt issues.
The effort to compensate is blocking the available abundance.
In order to release unconscious programming we need to stop and be still.
Stop and be still long enough to recognise what is being ignored. Healing requires that we cooperate with the Universe in understanding why we are wounded.
Once we become conscious the wounding can be healed.
Healing involves a process of shining the light of awareness on the problem.
