In this interview with Donnie Houston, he talks about the early days with Tony Draper and JB, forming South Circle with Mr. Mike, why he seemed to have vanished from the scene and a lot more.

Man South Circle is one of the most underrated groups in Hip-Hop history. "Another Day Another Balla" is a fuckin' classic imo. Thorough is a straight shooter (kinda reminds me of Willie D) and Mr. Mike was a phenomenal MC. Salute to this legend. Just wanna give you your flowers, king.
now that you say that it makes perfect sense, Willie D and Thorough are both one of my favorite rappers of the 90s

Thanks for this interview. I was a huge South Circle fan. I am still angry they didnt make another album. They played attitudes on the radio the other day and my kids said "daddy they are playing your song". I have bought another day, another balla at least 4 times. I lose it , and buy another. I will continue to buy this album. Im also mad the video versions were hard for fans to find. I can go on and on for the love I have for this group.

Thorough was on so many Suave House classics. I remember first hearing "Lay it Down" when I hit the club in Mississippi after moving back from Cali. The whole club got crunk off that song.

Great interview. SUAVE HOUSE 🏠 was my favorite label. Everything they put out was classic. On part 2, can you asked him the following questions . Why did they remix "New Day",and where can I find the remix. The same thing for Ball and G "Playas Night Out" where can I find the remix and why did they do a completely different song? How did every come back together on the song "Kool Aide" on the Ball and G gangsta grill cd? What happened to Rodnely Ellis, Nola, and PyscoDrama albums ?
