In asian we take off out shoes bc its dirty and its not clean just see we walk everywhere like school thats why! We do take off our shoes!

In my personal experience, learning how to speak was somewhat easy especially if you incorporate it and use it in your day to day life. Reading and writing is a different story, it's slightly more difficult and may need some time to get used to it.
