@@vincentpaul980 as I said 25% extra current we consider for future expansion or any else. How you can calculate 25%? You should multiply the value with 25/100 (or 0.25) plus actual value.... Means ( I + I*0.25, ie I*1.25)
Thank you very much sir for your explanation. I have wasted whole day for searching about how come this 1.25 for 25% safety factor. I have gone through so many websites, videos and book their they didn't mention clearly only they mention 1.25 is for safety factor. Thanks Sir again.
i think this is wrong for motors, we need the FLA of the motor which can be seen in NEC, dividing directly will result in low value of AMpere, which means low value of your chosen circuit breaker.
plz give any standard reference to show saftey factor is 1.25 which helps in our work and also for our clients.
It’s in the code book
I have one Dout why you are convert kw to kva you put Apply directly kw to amps Formal ans also same
This current is per phase phase or total current
Very valuable information. Nice presentation. Thank you so much. 🙏
Hi there, I'd like to know what is the difference between AT and AF breaker rating . thank you
Would the wire size also be rated for 100 amps ?
Will each pole of mcb will draw 94.5 a or its addition of all four. Will each pole of mcb with bare 94.5 amps.
Great explanation!
If you have any short cuts for getting circuit breaker without formula
Pls, how did u get 1.25 as safety factor?
How did you get the 75.96?i cant get it
Plz provide safety factor value??? Where is 1.25 come???
'Safety factor' means we consider is 25% extra while considering the circuit breaker. that's why we multiply the current value by 1.25
@@deepakmanoharan9995 hi sir how to get the 1.25? Please advice

Hi, I bought a circuit breaker with rating 12-100v, 32A. Kindly tell me at what point does it trip 12v*32A or 100v*32A.
If the voltage is less than 12v CB act like a Switch and if the voltage is exceed/more than 100v while the occur the fault due to CB cut off the power
How to determine and calculate the Breaking Capacity of MCCB or MCB
Sir very useful information ❤️🔥
But i think difference in case at startin of motor when use star delta starter and case when use direct on line starter
You all have to keep in mind this formula was for three phase systems not single phase
Hello, please can you explain the current rating calculation???
50 x 1000/ √3 x 380 ???
how do you get 75.96 A??
√3 is 1.73???
Yes you can use 1.73 or √3
Both are equal
What is the value for v3??
Well explained. Thank you.
REQUIRED SIZING OF SPARES TO COTROL PANEL LIKE CONTACT ORS, OLR, SF UNIT & MAIN & CONTROL CIRCUIT WIRES
is that a train i can hear in bkground...?
My system some times takes upto 400 amps.. motor is 10 kw 96 volt system. So can u plz help me for chosing mcb??
Nice
What about fault level and duration ?
good
please add specs for short circuit rating of the breaker.
How to find cb making current from given mva and kv

Safety factor =125 % = 1.25 not %25 (0.25) as shown in "red strip" ------- circuit breaker= Ix 25% safety factor
Power factor???????????????
1.25 yenna value
❤❤❤❤
25 percent how result become 1.25 ?
25% ka value 1.25 kaise aayega

Where is inrush current compensation
here 25% or 125%
Yes
Wrong calculation, you didn't consider power factor here
I x .25 not 1.25
75.96Amp worng answer 🙄🙄🙄
Whats that logo in the lower left hand corner of this video? Is it a third reich symbol?
Hi James. It is Jainism religion symbol. This symbol is also present in Hinduism. This symbol was adopted later by third Reich.
