and the shoes go on reverse order also I’m having issues with my clip on the right side right shoe it’s staying on super loose and keeps popping off

Do you turn the adjuster clockwise (up) or counter clockwise (down) to loosen ?

Looks like up to tighten it and down to loosen

Yeah for all that work, they didn't even replace the hardware. ALWAYS GET A HARDWARE KIT WHEN YOU REPLACE THE SHOES FOLKS!

Those shoes look like hell. You can see rough spots from uneven contact, weather they got dirty or just completely worn, they need to be replaced. Im sure they didnt just decide to swap them for fun, id bet it was shaking like hell when they hit the brakes hard on the highway.
