TCS Currently Not Sending Remaining Candidates Joining Letter, Why? When We Expect Our Joining Mail?

I got another mail from Xplore today regarding Xplore points…… My new Xplore points is 750 and i gave my ipa and the marks was 23, I am a Ninja candidate with CT number, Can i expect my joining letter in the month of Feb??My location is Kolkata and i got my offer letter on 11th of July, waiting for almost 7 months, slowly losing hope. 😢
