Hope for Mental Health Community is excited to present Dr. Anna McCarthy, Ph.D., who has decades of inpatient and outpatient experience treating substance use disorders. She is the co-founder of “Thru,” an innovative online mental health treatment platform, as well as a clinician in private practice in Newport Beach, California. Dr. McCarthy will shed practical light on the latest opioid research, prevention methods, and recovery resources, as well as tips for engaging youth in the conversation.
