Very helpful, I've been driving without one on the left for at least 2yrs, I picked up a fine in Feb this year, through this video I was able to change it.
Thank you! I got H11 to do low beam, and accidently had them in the high beam. The actual low beam u showed the tight area I was afraid to undo but now I see! Putting my led h11 here and getting 9005 led for the high beam. Going to be great! Bye bye terrible yellow can't see bulbs
I did the replacement today and found it better for those with big hands to remove the grill and unbolt the headlights and do the bulb replacement and put it all back together. Took me about 10 minutes to take apart and put back together and that’s with my nosy neighbor talking to me the entire time
What’s the difference between the inner bulb and the outer bulb? Also, how do you adjust the bulbs? I read that you should aim them down if you go from halogen to led?
@@reelopez3911 Well, they can't stay in business if they don't make money. There are folks that don't mind paying that much. I'm glad I do most everything, otherwise I'd go without. These videos are really helpful because the ones watching are those who can't afford dealer costs. I detail cars and I guess if a client had the bulbs, I'd charge $30-$40 per set, but hang on, that's including the convenience of me taking time out of my day and driving over to their home to do it. So at my highest rate, I'm still $10 per light less than your dealership and I'm not making a profit off of the bulbs. I'm at $50 total including bulbs and at half price, that's not bad. Still, doing it yourself is always better but some people, no matter how easy you make it, just don't want to.

So for the drivers side low beam, where is it on the driver's side? I cannot locate it. The high beam is out in the open but the drivers side doesn't have that cover like the one you showed on the passenger side
On the 2014 there is a black plastic shroud that covers this whole area from view. Its held down with only 2 real screws and the rest are plastic push pins. This needs to be removed before the work in the video can be done. Once I did that it was easy peasy.
@@b.simmons5234 no shit.. I was out there like 2 hours attempting to change the bulb on the driver side and I couldn’t even do it the bulb won’t even turn and I attempted to take the whole headlight out and still couldn’t take, ended breaking all the clips on that top plastic piece then tried to take the grill out and there’s like 10 different places where the grill is clipped in then there was one bolt for the headlight in a weird spot and another piece on plastic blocking it. I gave up so now I have one HID in passenger side and halogen in driver side
Omg omg the drivers side is almost impossible. Forgetaboutit. For 17 sentra there is literally no space. I was there for an hour. I appreciate your video. I do. The drivers side was a pain in the hand and 1 hour of time. Only with a small curved right-angle tiny pliers could it work. You didnt do the driver side in your video. Could you possibly do a drivers side video using a tiny extension plier or something? Without using our hands? Thanks!!
I don't know if anyone can help but here goes -yeah car 06 Sentra SE headlight on passenger side isn't working . it's not the bulb , nor fuse checked both visually and with test light both tiny lil metal exposed where I'm supposed to on top of fuses . Are there relays for each headlight and where are they ? I've looked up relay diagrams can't find this headlight relay . Does it have any ? Any othe rideas ?
I found one that fits with at least 10000lm without removing the entire case but you have to really angle it to fit it there and bad news you wont be able to put the cap back on because the heat sink is still big. but hey dont have to remove the entire headlight casing. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TQLGGBR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 2016-2019 sentra im not sure how the ones 2015 and before are lay out but i own a 2018 and i had to return couple of LED light bulb because the heat sinks are so HUGE and couldn't fit in.
Good video But changing the low beam bulb on driver's side is not just a bit tight .. it's actually very tight and I wish my hands were smaller .. By the way my hands are not big but yet It is too tight for my hands .. No wonder you avoided doing the driver's side 😂 .. but I have to admit that your video was useful for me ..
Update .. I managed to unplug the old low beam light bulb and replaced it with a new one .. unplugging the bulb required twisting counter clockwise before pulling it and that was very hard .. I needed to push hard with screwdriver and that was a risk .. .. Plugging the new bulb wasn't easier .. I managed to insert it properly after a struggle .. but of course I need to twist it clockwise this time .. and that was really hard .. I managed to twist it very little and the bulb looks fine but this is not a perfect job .. it might fall apart anytime and maybe the beam angle is not accurate .. .. Conclusion .. there should be a special long twisted tool to do bulb replacement for low beam lights .. otherwise you need to remove the whole front parts including the headlights and grill and maybe the bumper too .. which means removing many rivets and screws ( maybe 20 ) .. I don't understand why changing a light bulb is so hard in a Nissan Sentra 2018 .. maybe on purpose .. they want you to take it to dealership and pay for replacement ..
Sounds like you've got a business idea! Invent that tool and we might see you on shark tank :) Thanks for sharing these tips! I agree - almost feels like they made it hard on purpose!
I didn't show both because you do essentially the same thing, just with the low beam instead of the high beam. Should be the same process. If you have questions please let me know, or check your owners manual
Lol, I love how when he does the tutorial on how to change the headlight, he goes to the right side of the car. He doesn't do it on the left side, because it's impossible to get to by hand and the left side is the buIb need to replace. LOL
I m needing to change driver side low beam. Ever video start on passenger side stating how easy it is. Yes on the passenger it is but the driver side its much more difficult. So show the difficult side first.😢

Great! Thanks for the comment!
Watched 8 seconds, stopped when you called the hood the trunk lol
screaming
Yeah that's a really good point. Thanks! Slip of the tongue
He’s definitely not a car guy lol
Does it matter? You know what he meant and showed you what you needed. It's good enough.
i was fixing to say this lol, but the video was still helpful
Just replaced my drivers side low beam bulb, thanks for the video!!!!
You bet, Lord! Glad this helped! Thanks for the comment
Another video showed someone dismantling the entire from end to get to the bulb.
Thank you so much!! I was able to change my car’s low beam bulb all by myself! 😊

You're welcome! I hope you're happy with the outcome. Sure is nice having LED instead of halogen. And they last forever!
Thanks. I've changed lights before, but I was afraid I'd have to spend $80+ on this car's headlight. And now I know to check both lights, too.
thanks for the video! very helpful saved my parents some money since i did the replacement!
Trying to replace the low beams right now… wishing I had smaller hands. A”tight fit” was an understatement especially on the driver side
Haha that's true. I do have pretty small hands, and it was tight even for me!

This is great feedback. Luckily my hands are pretty small. Thanks for sharing!
😂😂 I used a shifting spanner, my hands are small but the fitting is tight
If you buy led with cooling fan , since the hole is not on the center they don’t fit
Good to know - thanks for the feed back. That's a bummer
What’s the difference between the inner bulb and the outer bulb? Also, how do you adjust the bulbs? I read that you should aim them down if you go from halogen to led?

Question? Do you have to take the plastic cover off to reach the bulb? I kinda don't want to do that but if i have to I will.
I believe so.
Yeah i figured out their called like push pins or something like that. They are black and can get them at AutoZone or a small car shop like that.
My car had a little circular plastic cover...that I have not seen in any other Nissan tutorials...any ideas?
You should be able to just twist it off, at least on a 2013 model
