Bhutaray only goes with cholay you can make it hot to your liking and taste by eating green chilli and fresh red onions. Naans of any kind can be eaten with any dish with gravy. Indian cuisine is the largest cuisine in the world 🌎 with 50 different varieties in chicken or mutton cooked differently and tastes different because of local spices available in the area. So chicken form one state differs from other state. Please note: Please don't call, Bhutra roti, or naan as bread. since each is designated to be eaten with a course of dishes. we call bread as bread just like the rest of the world for making sandwiches lol Spicy means flavour of spices. Hot= chillies. Because in India people use spices for flavour, spices don’t make the dishes hot 🥵 you eat green chills which are best for you ,I would not recommend fresh red chili 🌶️ since it’s not good for you.
