Yea he is. If you look at when he's touring with KNOWER or other musicians it never crosses with clowncore tours. Albums line up the same way from what I can tell. The long gaps in clowncore also make sense considering his schedule.
Gen not saying anything while in the other interview she spontaneously mentioned Clown Core as something she likes, unprovoked... it would have been more realistic if in this one she had said "I know them". I wonder if Louis was mad at her for that outing
LOL, not sure I can believe anything said in this casual performance art "interview." Anyone doing a minimal amount of investigation can tell that Louis is in Clowncore, and that whoever makes Knower videos is the same person/people making Clown Core videos. I would bet that a big part of Louis denying he knows anything about Clown Core is meant to stir up fans (like me) to post things like I am posting. Such posts will generate a bigger grassroots amount of support. As a keyboarist and trombonist, I can really appreciate the music chops these two (and Clown Core) have.
Sheesh... I know that sometimes people who are great at their art are not great at expressing themselves in other ways. But this was surprisingly lame. Maybe if the radio station had put an ounce of effort into making the interview seem legit they would have taken it more seriously. Missed opportunity.
