DAMN this is fuckin tight...being from fayetteville literally living in fayetteville right now and watchin this man go back to where it all started is just amazing..anythings possible
Mir Redd Logic for one (he straight up thanks his fans time and time again on twitter). Gambino Seems pretty Humble. Lil' Dicky is hella humble. *Edit:* Kid Cudi is also a very humble rapper
Vertex Yea no, I listen to all the artist heavily and Dicky and Cudi are the humblest, Bino and Logic have been flawsing for some time now especially Bino,
Mir Redd True, but I can kind of see why Logic and Bino are like that, they both really do have a lot of talent and both are getting quite a bit of hate about their new album drops. Bino seems to be moving into R&B and people don't seem to like it. I can't say I do, I can't say I don't. But, I think I'm going to like his hip-hop and rapping a lot more than his R&B stuff because his flow and wordplay are ridiculous. That being said, he is very humble when he's talking to his fans. Logic's been getting a quite a bit of hate because of his new album title "AfricAryan" but I don't think that'll effect him. His life has changed so much since Under Pressure dropped, and he dropped a mixtape pretty much right after he dropped The Incredible True Story and said it was for the fans. He really is fan oriented and I love that.
I remeber when he got "famous/discovered" and I was in middle school. A girl had a newspaper with his picture on it and she was freaking out over it and cutting it out in class. I asked her who is it and she said "J Cole" a rapper from Fayetteville. And I was like woah someone from around here really? I couldn' belive that someone from here made it. Its so incredible to see how inspiring and humble he is.
LakerFan Bro.. no he didn't 😂 he was a kid listen to his songs bro he explained how he grew up so much mentally ,, he was just a kid lmfaooo making mistakes like everyone
wow he is a good guy- humble his rap to be honest is the best when it comes to story telling but he is no Nas or Jay level yet. I am a fan of J Cole but he has long way to go before we can put him I'm the HOF of Hip Hop. Big L, 2pac, Biggie,Run DMC NWA Wu Tang Clan etc and etc I can list all the hip hop GOATs...oh yeah Americas favorite white boy Em mf Nem aka the Real Slim Shady aka Makaveli the reincarnation.
People just don't understand cole is of the most important rappers of this generation and beyond a deep rapper wit mainstream success who hasn't forgotten where he came from and who he his and just an overall good hearted human being I hope he goes platinum I hope his album is a bonafide classic I hope he gets a Grammy because if anyone deserve it it's him. Not only that he is a good example for young youth and to rappers he showing people that even with success and having millions of dollars that you don't have to change to a arrogant jerk but you could grow and mature to an even better human being because of his success much respect to cole for being himself and inspiring young black and white people who grew up in hard times. #2014foresthilldtive #Coleworld #Colewinter #Dreamville
Young Sinatra He is underrated. People barely know him, and if they do know him they only know a couple of his radio songs like Power Trip . They don't know Forest Hills Drive and all his other albums.
I don't understand how people can think drake is better than cole. Cole is the greatest new schooler, and he's even challenging the old greats. If he keeps making music like he is now, he'll go down in the history books forever
Zane Dietlin Drake and Cole respect each other as artists and have their respective audiences. It's not about "better" because not everyone has the same taste in music. "I don't understand how people can think RED is better than BLUE. BLUE is the greatest new color, and he's even challenging the old colors............"
+Zane Dietlin Ye dude i really understand but sadly especially now at days its not always who has the better lyrics beats or flow its really about who gets played on the radio (and trust me thats a whole other bs story) i enjoy both mc's but drakes music and i guess label endourses him more u know maybe im wrong but thats how i see it.
I honestly don't know where I was when J.cole happened. Like, I've lived here all through when J.cole blew up and never even seen him. I don't even live too far from feyetteville
EminemParkLinkin True, I myself say that they are the new school rap kings. While other stuff is complete garbage, Kendrick and Cole tell stories and go deeper than pussy and weed.
That is why this man is on my top 10 list of rappers - the house is going to shelter a different family every 2 years...humbling and that's why this dude will go down as one of the greatest, its not about popping bottles and bling because anyone can make music like that but if you have the ability to touch someone and your music speaks to them as if he is having a direct conversation with you - that is POWER! Pre-odered the album and can't wait to hear that shit!
I'm from Angier, NC (about an hour away from Fayetteville) and J Cole is making NC PROUD. I remember when 2014FHD dropped everyone at school was talking about it and Cole. He makes me proud to be from NC.
Love cole. I was in the same situation, but i was an only child saw my dad rarely, lived with my mom in Carmel NY... my room was a closet, one bedroom apartments we'd move into a different one almost each year.. then in 8th grade, she met someone, i moved into a house in Arlington. Same exact words.. "I have a upstairs?!" love hate moment when i moved into the HOUSE that i still live in today. And i love when cole raps about his childhood. Thanks for touching my life and so many others. -TB
Respect for him for being soo fuckin real. Not a show off not trying to embody a hard core rapper but just real af. Rappers rick ross etc should take notes instead of putting an fake persona for rap
So much love for Cole as a person and as an artist. Dreamville is the team to be in right now. Incredible. BTW, can someone name those kicks? Couldn't get a good look at them
Damn every time this guy opens his mouth I just want to cry. He validates everything that I ever felt was real but felt ashamed of because I'm introverted and value family and love over material possessions, sex, drugs etc. He makes me feel like I can be myself and that's ok
Great story from a great artist. There's so much value in sharing who you are and where you come from... anyone can do it, and when you do it... you Inspyer people. We all have different roots... different experiences... when we open up about ourselves, it touches people... because opening up is the hardest thing for a lot of people to do. Opening up allows people to understand you... and when people understand you, they gain more of a respect for who you have become. Much respect for J.Cole. This is pure awesomeness and authenticity. GENUINE.
God damn. He's fucking real af. Same with Kendrick.. he don't give a fuck about celeb status. These two running the rap game right now.. and they both real af. Respect.
I'm pleasantly surprised and this young man is a breath of fresh air. I'm a 40 years old, a Black man, husband, dad and retired soldier. I viewed the current state of rap as a bunch of organized noise...created and listened too by those without a clue as to who they are. This young man is clearly focused, he had a dream went after it and after a degree of success he's still humble and actually reaching back to help another person stand. I wish him continued success and may this mark a beginning of a new era in rap music that's getting away from the garbage rap which talks about: "I'm a pimp, hustler, gangsta, playa"
Cole is an inspiration for sure! Me being from Fayetteville and seeing how he represents himself and the city I feel honored and proud to say that J.Cole is the one of the few artist left that has any type of concept to his music! Definitely a legend in the making! Only real music last!
J. Cole has one of the most purest souls i've ever listened to. His attitude and actions outside the rap game makes me inspired of how he stays humble no matter of how many achievements he has attained. I can never hate cole for that no matter what ✊🏼 always appreciating his work
I completely respect what J Cole is doing with the house for the families. But how crazy would it be if they made it into a museum. All proceeds could even go to charity.
I love everything about this man. Cole has such a humble outlook on life and is teaching importan life lessons to the youth through his music. I cannot even express how thankful and excited I am to go see him perform KOD live in September this year 2K18. He’s fucking incredible.
Exactly tht's what's rapping is truly about having a drift en mindset and the passion for the love of the game it's not about having all this money and jewelry it's about being lyrical and have a mindset to 2 be telling storys 2 the hardcore fans like myself who truly love Hip-Hop
Humble, truthful, loving, caring and much more. He is an amazing artist and his art is going to help him get places. Remembering when my sister had a celebrity crush on him and use to listen to his music when I was 8-9 and now seeing who he really is. I am happy to be one of J's supporters. Long live Cole's world
Drake should give us a tour of his hardknock life, him struggling in his upper class neighborhood in those gritty canada streets going to those expensive private schools and working as a struggling successful actor before he had his big break as a successful rapper, yes it truly is a rag t riches story with Aubery Graham. #startedfromthebottom #Yolo #hastag
BOYYYYYY IF YOU DONTTT GETTTTT Drake don't care about none of that, all he cares about is nicki minaj lol But no really, majority of his music is for bitches and their feelings. Also tries to act hard too. But he's one of the most popular dudes out there so whatever :b
Haha shows that you really don't know shit about Drake. First of all he already did give a tour of his house while he was on his last season of Degrassi. Nigga lived in his moms basement and he was driving some beat up Acura. Second, He was more middle class than anything. And he also stated that he lived in more of the hood parts where his dad use to live. He would visit him from time to time and even lived with him for a few years. Third, He didn't go to no fucking private school. He went to a public school and dropped out. Told his history teacher that he didn't need this shit and straight up walked out. And finally he wasn't making that much money on Degrassi to begin with. He was making about as much as minimum wage is here in the states. It is true that him being on Degrassi did help him get his name out there. But he still had to grind hard and work his ass off to make the best music he could and for people to actually accept a half black half jewish rapper from Canada who's coming off of a t.v show into Hip Hop
The most humblest guy in the game from his mix tapes and now going on his 3rd album he is still the same. He is still humble, and rapping about that real stuff he goes through and connects with people. Just the best rapper out and hands down one of the best in our generation. Stand up for Cole World! I love this guy No Homo. 12/9 I'm waiting and when you and Kendrick dropping that colabo album lol
It seemed like ALL my high school girlfriends lived in that exact house on Long Island. That's a cool story about giving families 2 years in the house to get it together and move on to the next level. I dig JCole.
Cole is real cool because he's not fake. He wasnt in the projects but he did face a few struggles in life which he tells in his music. Much love and respect to that dude
lol "Aye Lil nigga!" XD hahahaha
Random azerrz comment out of no where 😂
Lol

DAMN this is fuckin tight...being from fayetteville literally living in fayetteville right now and watchin this man go back to where it all started is just amazing..anythings possible

Oh word that's whassup, you going this weekend?
Album listening party over the weekend. Just wanted to know if you might come through, I might.
wait you serious he's doin it here? shit I didnt even know that
J Cole is really the humblest rapper in the game, it's impossible not to love him
Not quite the humblest rapper, there are a lot of humble rappers, that almost makes them better too.
Vertex Agreed but just name a few
He really is fan oriented and I love that.
he has a beautiful personality
of course, he signed with Jay-z, the devil himself!
He did ;( but still you can hear in some of his songs he kinda subliminally shows he regrets it
"if you can rap ya ass off, but you can't write a song, I ain't trying to listen" that needs to be the motto for every modern rapper
Nothing but respect and love to J. Cole
One of the most humble and realest rappers of this generation. Along with Kendrick Lamar, Joey Bada$$, and Logic.
💯💯💯
wow he is a good guy- humble his rap to be honest is the best when it comes to story telling but he is no Nas or Jay level yet.

So true! I enjoy listening to his interviews and deep conversations. He's more than the "money, drugs, and hoes."
It's sad how under rated he is, got mad respect for him though
He is not underrated. He is one of the biggest rappers in out generation.
He is underrated because look at how many of the people actually listen to the other stuff besides the radio singles
Young Sinatra He is underrated. People barely know him, and if they do know him they only know a couple of his radio songs like Power Trip . They don't know Forest Hills Drive and all his other albums.
hi2u2then forest hills drive debuted a #1. the fuck you talkin bout? literally all of his albums have.

"they thought I was tryna hack they computer"

I don't understand how people can think drake is better than cole. Cole is the greatest new schooler, and he's even challenging the old greats. If he keeps making music like he is now, he'll go down in the history books forever
Zane Dietlin Idk why people compare him to Drake because J.Cole is real rapper with meanings, but drakes cool and all lmao
Zane Dietlin Drake and Cole respect each other as artists and have their respective audiences. It's not about "better" because not everyone has the same taste in music. "I don't understand how people can think RED is better than BLUE. BLUE is the greatest new color, and he's even challenging the old colors............"
Don't get me wrong I'm a huge listener of drake but I get you
+Zane Dietlin Ye dude i really understand but sadly especially now at days its not always who has the better lyrics beats or flow its really about who gets played on the radio (and trust me thats a whole other bs story) i enjoy both mc's but drakes music and i guess label endourses him more u know maybe im wrong but thats how i see it.

i just realized that my love for cole goes farther than his music. so humble and different than the other rappers out there.
Cole is an inspiration for sure! Me being from Fayetteville and seeing how he represents himself and the city I feel honored and proud to say that J.Cole is the one of the few artist left that has any type of concept to his music! Definitely a legend in the making! Only real music last!

jermaine is humble & down to earth....that's why I have so much love for him. He real & not too many are 💯😍
The most humblest guy in the game from his mix tapes and now going on his 3rd album he is still the same. He is still humble, and rapping about that real stuff he goes through and connects with people. Just the best rapper out and hands down one of the best in our generation. Stand up for Cole World! I love this guy No Homo. 12/9 I'm waiting and when you and Kendrick dropping that colabo album lol
He's a legend.
"You can't run from home" ... I won't forget that
Love this man’s heart! ❤️ we need more Cole World in this world 🌎
It seemed like ALL my high school girlfriends lived in that exact house on Long Island. That's a cool story about giving families 2 years in the house to get it together and move on to the next level. I dig JCole.
Cole is real cool because he's not fake. He wasnt in the projects but he did face a few struggles in life which he tells in his music. Much love and respect to that dude

I live in Columbia, SC. Last weekend I hit up Raleigh for sports practice, and I was lucky enough to drive by the house. Crazy stuff,
